Great apartment

This place was perfect for our family. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but the location is awesome, the communication was great, and the manager sent someone to help with check in. It was over 100 degrees in Rome when we were there, but the air conditioning worked well. Would stay again!

Peaceful oasis in the city

Our family of four spent a week in this gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rome. It was spacious and comfortable and a welcome respite after busy, hot and crowded days in the city. The aircon is very effective, and the double glazed windows were very good at blocking out noise from the streets below. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay - beware of steps!

We had a fantastic stay - Location was perfect! Only issue, which thankfully we didn’t have a problem with, but I’m sure others would… There are 95 steps up to the apartment. Stairs were mentioned in other reviews, but I was surprised by how many steps there actually were. All that to be said - the view was fantastic and location was amazing!!

Would not stay again, communication and accommodations very poor.

If it weren’t for the view of side/back of The Pantheon and location of this apartment, we would have been extremely upset. First, the description of accommodations list 4th floor no elevator, 2 king bedrooms plus one twin bedroom, … in actuality, it is 8 flights of stairs, one king bed and a second room with two twins and third room with one twin, description also states, two bathrooms but fails to mention one is a jack n jil. Furthermore, there was broken coffee pot, no dish towels and very sparsely furnished. One couch and no side chairs is not enough seating for 5 people to comfortable visit or plan for the day. Water pressure was awful. Communication was rushed and not reliable.

Location, location, location. The appartment is literally next to the Pantheon and has windows on both sides facing the back of it. It’s spacious and quiet, but lacks a bit of maintenance. The freezer was not working (but the refrigerator was working well), the main bathroom shower was not holding in place (but the other bathroom was fine), the main bedroom ac was not working (but the main ac was fine). Little things that could be improved, but I’d still go back there. The host Catarina was helpful during our stay and on time to welcome us. Know that it’s on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. If you need to be able to go up 99 stairs but you will likely do a lot more than that while visiting Rome anyway!

Beautiful apartment and location…but….

This is a lovely apartment! Clean, wonderful location, spacious, and the best neighborhood. But, the apartment does NOT have 2 king beds as it says. One room is twin beds. We were traveling with friends and all celebrating anniversaries. Shocked to find twin beds. Then to be told that I should have looked at the pictures was a bit disingenuous. The bedrooms share a jack and Jill full bath. The other bathroom does not have a bidet, no big deal, but it does say in the vrbo description that there is one. The owner was rather insulted that I even questioned anything, made it out to be my fault. I stated that the VRBO listing should be updated to correctly describe the room configuration. I also asked for an extra set of towels and more toilet paper since we rented the place for 5 nights, with no response. I would not have even left anything negative here if I felt like maybe they would fix it on the description. Again, lovely place! Make sure that you are in contact if you are expecting 2 king beds.

Excelente localización!!

Si no se tiene problemas para subir y bajar gradas, es la localización perfecta! El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La cocina está renovada y el baño está bien. Con todo y las escaleras me volvería a quedar en este lugar encantada.

The best location close to everything! Also, it was amazing to wake up every morning and stare at the Pantheon. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Rome.

Needs some attention to details, beautiful location and building

-beds were great -a/c was great after they came to fix it -lacking amenities: Shampoo, Body lotion, Conditioner (gave us for a 4 nights stay only 1 cheap small tear away packet for 3 people) needs to have large bottles, perhaps stationary that cannot be taken away, to refill -hand towels -ice trays to make ice -gave us after some work and waiting, an extra set of keys

You will love this location

The location of this apartment is ideal and doesn't get any better. It is centrally located to everything you will want to see during your first trip to Rome and more. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well maintained physically. The washing machine was very nice to have while there. The only draw back, and I mean only, is that there were not enough towels in the apartment. There were three bath towels and hand towels provided but no kitchen towels. Other than that, I loved my experience there and will definitely check the availability of this location on my next visit to Rome.

Nice location, 4 story high ceilings by stairs

Nice location and apartment but read carefully, Two bedrooms share the bathroom, there is a second bathroom at the other end of the building. It was closed, after several txts or calls they sent the key, it was almost the end of our stay, the bathroom was disgusting, The owner do not answer. If you have a problem you are by yourself. ACs don’t work. Also and very important, it’s a four story by stairs, high endless stairs, after walking the city some days you will want to sleep on the street. Good luck, you will need it
