Welcome to Clearview, this property comfortably sleeping six, is furnished to a very high standard and offers luxurious accommodation over two floors. Modern comforts like a luxurious kitchen and bathrooms make it the perfect retreat. Clearview also boasts a lovely sun trap garden to the rear of the property, featuring a stone-built fire pit area, ideal for socialising. To the front of the property is a stone-built barbecue area, featuring wooden seating to enjoy the most amazing countryside views. The kitchen boasts everything you need whilst on a self-catering holiday, alongside a large dining area with seating for six. Off the kitchen is a beautiful living room with super comfy sofas which makes it wonderfully cosy in winter months and especially welcoming after a long day out walking. The soft furnishings are all high quality, and the modern interior offers a relaxing yet sophisticated style. The open plan stairs from the living room lead up to the second floor comprising of a delightful master suite with a kingsize bedroom, clothes storage and an a fabulous en-suite shower room. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor along with the second and third bedrooms both finished with stylish furnishings with comfortable high-quality beds.
Clearview is a fantastic example of a high-end holiday home in the Peak District, with a fabulous location close to all Derbyshire’s amenities. On the edge of the Peak District National Park, the area is home to excellent walking and with a host of attractions available in the vicinity. The large market town of Chesterfield famous for its crooked spire is just 15 minutes away, and the magnificent historic houses of Chatsworth Estate and Haddon Hall are around 20 minutes. The ever-popular Bakewell and Hathersage in the heart of the Hope Valley are also around 20 minutes and the beautiful honeypot village of Castleton and wonderfully historic plague village of Eyam are around half an hour. Matlock, with its cable car ride to the Heights of Abraham is also around 30 minutes, Edale, home to the start/finish of the Pennine Way and the spa town of Buxton can be reached in 45 minutes. There is no doubt that this holiday home offers everything you could possibly need when on holiday, whether as a couple, a group of friends or as a family, in Derbyshire.
