Villa Murtini with Private Pool

Murtini Villa – a stone-built magnificence with a private swimming pool, furniture with a strong traditional element and a level of luxury rarely found anywhere else.
It is a comfortable two-storied maisonette, measuring 100 sq.m. in total and accommodating up to 6 persons. The impressive interior has a strong traditional character, with stone-clad walls and fine furniture made of quality wood. The ground floor features the fully equipped modern kitchen, the dining area and the living room, where the guests will find two comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace!
Additionally, the living room has a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The ground floor also features a small WC with a shower, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a private veranda – that has a direct access to the swimming pool as well!

The first floor offers the guests two bedrooms with double beds and access to a common veranda with a relaxing view of the village. This floor has a bathroom with a bathtub.

Stepping outside, the guests are immediately welcomed by the breeze that carries the scents of the Zakynthian countryside. The garden is fenced for your privacy and has a built BBQ, an outdoor dining area, and – naturally – a grand swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols.
