This comfortable 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provides guests with a usable area of approximately 100m2. The penthouse is on the same level and accessible by lift. This apartment is located on the resort's stylish promenade where there are plenty of facilities.



The spacious yet stylish lounge has a dining area and a seating area with a corner settee and a television. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. The spacious balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, offers an impressive view over the Ruhr valley.



Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms. The other bedroom is also a twin and has an ensuite bathroom, with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other bathroom has a bath, shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and storage area in this apartment.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
