The Piggery is a rustic, single-storey barn conversion resting in East Morton, West Yorkshire and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The living areas in the property have underfloor heating and consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a sitting area with Smart TV, woodburning stove and sofa bed, and a dining area with seating for six people, as well as a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is a king-size with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, front gravelled garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Piggery offers two guests a romantic, rural escape in a characterful setting. Please note that the property is located on the owner’s farm. There is a gravelled path and stone steps leading up to the property,approx. 300 metres please take care. Ideal as a bridal or honeymoon suite. The property now features a natural swimming pond and a sauna, both bookable directly with the owner for an additional fee.
