Set in unparalleled area of natural beauty in a quiet & tranquil village with uninterrupted views of surrounding farmland and Malvern Hills. Lots of space and amenities including enclosed swimming pool and games room with table tennis and pool table. Relax and enjoy the natural setting to get away from city life to recharge your batteries. If you are looking for a party, this house is not for you! Base price is for 6 occupants.

The space
Living area:

• This is a large family home, designed for comfortable living and lots of space to get away from it all and relax.
• The open plan kitchen is the heart of the house with an electric AGA as well as gas hob and a large 12 seater kitchen table.
• Off to the side of the kitchen is a TV snug with a wood burner that adds instant warmth and a great focal point.
• Across the full south side of the house, overlooking the garden and fields, is an oak framed conservatory that is open to the kitchen and central hall where a grand piano has pride of place.
• Off the main hall is a cozy lounge with an open fire, where you can close the folding doors to create a peaceful, calm retreat, when you need a little time out.

Bedrooms:

• The 6 double bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 people. The house can accommodate some children in the games room where there are bunk beds but all children must be well behaved and respect the quiet location.
• There is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, ideal for those in your group who might prefer not to have to climb stairs.
• On the first floor are the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 3 further double bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms (one with shower and the other with a bath).
• Up one more flight is a lovely cozy double bedroom set in the roof with amazing views through the velux windows into the far distance.
• Underneath the kitchen and conservatory is a huge games room with bar, pool table, and table tennis as well as shower and toilet and 3 sets of bunk beds.
• The garden is an adventure of different spaces and areas to explore as well as a large covered swimming pool that is available for swimming 8 months of the year (or longer for the hardier!). Please note that it is enclosed by a greenhouse, but the pool itself is not heated.
Guest access
The whole house and garden will be available to you though we do not allow music outdoors or children running around and shouting (inside or out). The home and location are intended to provide a quiet and relaxing retreat for our guests and not to disturb neighbours and the tranquility of the location.
