Enjoyable stay

Cottage was a very enjoyable place to spend our time in Garden Park. Enough amenities to have a simple breakfast and the main attractions of the area a short drive away. Great neighborhood to go for a walk in.

Truly charming

Perfect place!

Charming Winter Park Charm

This statement is precise. Wonderful, quaint and charming are perfect descriptions of this property. My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. If you must have a kitchen it may not work for you, but, located this close to Downtown WP you don't need a kitchen. All aspects of this stay were exceptional. We will return again.

Charming Cottage

This charming cottage was just the retreat we needed from our travels seeing family and friends. A little peace and quiet yet only a mile from the upscale Park Avenue. We dined well, slept well and recharged.

The location was close to family, adorably decorated, comfortable mattress and supplied us with everything we needed to be comfortable the full week. I appreciate having 2 tv’s! One is in a separate room which allowed me (an early riser) to be up with my coffee watching the news while hubby slept in.We would stay again!

Convenient to Park Avenue, Rollins and Scenic Winter Park

On a back street of older Winter Park this ground floor apartment in an old home is relatively well located for a quiet night of sleep although there is a muffled rumble of a train occasionally that is unlikely to disturb a city dweller. It is comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

Central location with no hassles.

I reserved this place only a few days before my stay and everything went off without a hitch. There were 3 of us girls there for 1 night. It was nice to all have our own beds and be very close to a First Watch for breakfast, the Winter Park boat tour, the Wine Room, and especially the Morse Museum. Thanks for the easy and affordable stay, Michelle!

A very cute small rental! There may have been cats in the unit at one point because I could smell it but I just opened some windows to air it out. Wonderful location.

Quaint and charming!

Winter Park Charm is all that the description says it is. Truly quaint and charming. Michelle was a gracious host ensuring all of our needs were met and provided some snacks upon arrival and the home was very clean. We will stay again next time we’re in the Orlando area. Thanks Michelle!

A fantastic little hideaway

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. I wasn't in town for the best of reasons, but this stat made me feel very at home. Consider it a private little cottage that is well furnished and extremely charming. I had hoped to stay for four more nights but it was booked and that I was expecting. It's special place, I can completely understand why. The owner was fantastic to deal with, instant communication. It gets no better.

Comfortable and convenient

Tastefully decorated small apartment. Michelle provided thoughtful amenities including coffee and tea, bottled water, a small welcome basket, comfortable queen bed and earplugs if you are sensitive to train sounds. Bunk bed was comfortable but has no reading light; next time I will take my headlamp. It's a five-ten minute walk to Whole Foods and a nice shopping center. We enjoyed the scenery and beautiful homes on North Park Avenue when we walked to the center of town, about a 30 minute walk.

Great apartment

This apartment is attached to the owners house but you wouldn’t know it. Private walk way and entrance. The owner provided the door code the day of arrival and then checked in the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The apartment was super clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. The queen bed was comfortable, I can’t comment on the bunk beds as we didn’t use them. This bathroom was large and clean. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the corner of the main bedroom that was perfect for drinks and making popcorn. There’s is a nice little sitting room at the entrance with a second tv and couch to enjoy the evenings. It was just my finance and I but this would have a been a perfect place for a family with 2 small children with the bunk room providing privacy for the parents but keeps the kids close. I would most definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Orlando.

Just like home !!

My sister, a neighbor and I needed a place for one night as we were attending a concert at the Amway center. I was impressed with the pictures and the reviews, and am very glad I chose this place. Michelle was very accommodating, and provided a few things we requested. The patio is where you enter the home, and was lovely. unfortunately it was too cold to sit out there, but we admired the plantings and would have loved to spend time outside. We all remarked on how well the space is decorated. Michelle provided snacks, earplugs which we didn't need, and coffee which we did need! The bathroom is large and has a jetted tub. The main bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Our only concern was the bunk beds. None of us are young, I chose the main bed, so my sister and my neighbor were to share the bunk beds. My sister slept in the bottom bunk, but my neighbor ultimately decided to sleep on the couch on the porch. It was not a problem as the couch worked for her. I also would have shared my bed, but I snore and they both know it!! I highly recommend this place and will stay here again if the need be. Thanks, Michelle.

Lovely Cottage-like home in Winter Park

This is a charming little place with close proximity to the Winter Park restaurants, museums, shopping and scenic boat tours. Also just 15 minutes to downtown Orlando. It was also very quiet for working at the desk and sleeping at night. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker allowed me to make a simple breakfast and lunch. Michelle the host provided excellent communications.
