Designed with comfort and elegance in mind, this exceptional property blends contemporary interiors with thoughtful touches, creating a refined coastal escape for guests who appreciate quality and style. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the attention to detail: high‑end furnishings, soft lighting, premium linens, and a calming colour palette inspired by the Norfolk coast. Every room has been curated to offer a sense of space, tranquillity, and indulgence.
Enter via the front door. Opening into central hallway with doors opening to: Living Room: with comfortable sofas, smart TV and electric flame-effect fire. Double Bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe and bay window. Twin Bedroom: with 2 x single beds, wardrobe and ensuite shower, WC and wash basin. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. Double Bedroom: with double bed and wardrobe. Dining room/kitchen: open plan with French doors leading to garden, dishwasher, central island with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dining table and six chairs door to Utility room: with washer/dryer.
Outside: Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio furniture. Parking for 3 cars. Cycle store.
Please note: No children under the age of 12. Gas central heating. Wooden or tiled floors throughout. Bed linen and towels included. 2 x well behaved pets welcome at £20.00 per pet per week. The Sidings is a beautiful bungalow located so close to all the amenities of Sheringham. It is very much a home from home. Very comfortable accommodation with a lovely garden to sit in & enjoy the steam trains going by. Will definitely go again.

The property is spacious and it was nice to be able to sit out in the garden. It was lovely to catch a glimpse of a steam train occasionally and see the carriages come/go from the sidings. Ideally located with a short walk to the town and beach.

Ideal place to stay just off the Main Street

Lovely holiday again. Ideal place to stay being just off the main busy area. The trains going by at the bottom of the garden are brilliant to watch. Great bungalow in best setting to be near main entertainment but in a quieter area.

Lovely bungalow and trains too!

We had a lovely stay at the Sidings. The bungalow had everything we could want. The garden was lovely to sit in ,an extra bonus was the steam trains going by. It was an easy walk to the town. I have stayed in Sheringham many times,this was one of the best properties. Would love to stay again.

Superb place to stay

This property is a definite must foe anyone looking to stay in Sheringham, ample space, very clean and tidy, laze in the back garden and watch the steam train on the Poppy line pass by. A five minute walk will get you to the bus station where you can catch the bus and explore Cromer or Wells. If staying at home is your thing there is nothing that you will need that is not already supplied by the owners of this superb property.

We had a brilliant holiday at The Sidings. The bungalow was just what we needed, comfortable, location was excellent and everything required was there and catered for. We will definitely go again next year. Plus the trains passing by at the end of the garden is a bonus.

Excrllent Holiday Accomodation

An excellent holiday home, well equipped, clean and comfortable, backing onto the stream railway line so you can sit on the patio in the sun and watch traims go by. A short walk to town and both heritage and national rail stations. Fuel station and convenience store a stones throw away. A nice selection of welcome goodies for you and your dog. Loads of off road parking is a big advantage.

A lovely Sherringham break.

The Sidings is a lovely place to stay in Sherringham especially with parking and so close to the town. We have been twice and intend to go again later in the Autumn. Ideal setting backing onto the railway. The bungalow is clean comfortable and has everything you could need. Dee is lovely and very helpful.

Best holiday yet

This was our third trip to the Sidings and the accommodation never fails to impress. The welcome gifts for both humans and doggy visitors are most appreciated. Our friend was so impressed that she is going to recommend the bungalow to her daughters who both have dogs. Our hosts are obviously dog lovers who also enjoy providing an excellent property for humans too !

Well equipped

The location is perfect for walking into town or the nearby park . The garden was very secure as Houdini ( Freddie dog ) didn’t find any means of escape . Everything you could possibly need was provided and the bed linens and towels were excellent quality . Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year !

Holiday bungalow

As far as location and cleanliness are concerned the bungalow was very good. The parking available was excellent especially for more than one car. It would have helped to have clearer instructions about how things worked e.g. needing two remote controls for the tv. A little more crockery and glasses would have been nice. Luckily we discovered the freezer on our last visit otherwise it would have been a mystery!

Lovely holiday with friends

We had a lovely stay with friends. The bungalow gave us plenty of space, with good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfy lounge and a great kitchen diner space, which we spent most of our time in. We loved sitting in the garden (even when it was cold) and watching the trains go by. Only negative was the water pressure in the showers was not great and if someone ran a tap or flushed the toilet, the shower went cold.
