The house was recently completed in 2018 to an impeccably high standard. Designed and owned by an award winning London Architect, every detail has been meticulously executed.

Situated an easy 10 minute walk from Civezza, a beautiful unspoilt medieval Italian village.

The house has been designed for luxury outdoor living in the balmy summer months, with numerous large outside entertaining spaces. These better resemble rooms, with state of the art electric sun screens and handmade pergolas.
Comprising of two outdoor living room arrangements, and several dining spaces, the enormous terrace allows for somewhere for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.
Whether it is evening cocktails watching the sunset, or games evenings. Each space is beautifully furnished to a high standard using the best in contemporary luxury outdoor furniture.
The inside and outside are stunningly integrated with large sliding glass doors, and all the furniture is by iconic Italian designers.

Every bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have kingsize beds, the third has a super king zip link which can be divided to two singles.
All mattresses are premium Vispring and incredibly comfortable!
Comfort cooling (air conditioning installed in every bed room) and heating (underfloor heating in every room) as well as excellent cross ventilation, allowing the rooms to remain fresh and breezy in the summer months, and cosy and warm on cooler evenings.
Sumptuous fabrics adorn the windows and beds creating a luxuriant, clean oasis for a wonderful nights sleep.

Baby equipment is also available if needed, we have a travel cot and mattress insert, as well as a high chair.

There is also a separate guest cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Being situated on the flat plane of a hill there is a very welcome breeze and the upstairs terrace is always comfortable, even on the hottest day. The beds are top of the range by Vi Spring and exceptionally comfortable. This house was built for maximum beauty and comfort. All the windows and doors have electric shutters for maximum security, and darkness if you like a blacked out room.

The pool is one depth and has jacuzzi jets at one end. The pool house has plenty of lovely cushions, hurricane lanterns and mood lighting to dress the terrace.
