Photos accurately describe the apartment, bed was very comfortable, apartment very clean and is located close to train station, town and grocery store. Fantastic balcony!Both Clara and her mother were punctual in greeting us and providing us with necessary information. Any further questions were promptly answered by Clara.I would highly recommend renting this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Sanremo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and air conditioning which was much appreciated during the warm days. Our host Clara was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the warm welcome and helpful local tips. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay in Sanremo. We felt right at home and would definitely return!

Amazing stay in Sanremo

The Host and apartment were amazing. The location was incredible and within walking distance to anywhere i needed to go. Upon check in, the host gave me an amazing walking tour of the area introducing me to her preferred local spots and introducing me to a few vendors. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so again if i ever come through the city! Thank you for the shopping help and the great experience!

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at Clara’s apartment in Sanremo. The location was at the heart of everything and we were able to walk to all the good restaurants as well as supermarkets. Clara was a great host. She even took the time to greet us on our first day and come by on our last day to say our goodbyes.Grazie Mille Clara!

Supermodern flat

Modern flat with perfect equipment. Close to supermarket and restaurants. An extremely kind and helpful landlady. The only drawback were the terraces: you could not use them because of the noise and exhaust from the traffic. But the sea was not far away…

Fantastic Flat with outstanding courteous and friendly host

We arrived very late and were warmly welcomed by a wonderful host. The flat was very clean and offered everything our family needed. The interior was not missing anything and is located really conveniently near the city and near the beach. A perfect location to stay for families as well as for couples. The air conditioning made us sleep well during the nights. I would definitely recommend this location and the host. And by the way it was tastefully and practically furnished. Thanks a lot.

A perfect stay in Sanremo

We stayed in San Remo in Clara‘s apartment for one month. When I arrived, it was beyond spotless! Even the pillowcases and sheets were ironed. Everything was sparkling clean and ready for us. She even left us some water and a plate full of cherries. The location is perfect for a visit to San Remo. It is within walking distance of everything. Clara gave me some instructions on how to get around to places like bakeries and supermarkets. She was very responsive to all of my needs anytime that I had any questions at all. She answered me within Minutes. She was very helpful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, places to go for day trips, and just overall a very friendly and gracious host. The apartment itself is beautiful with all custom fitted fixtures. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The living room had a nice sized TV and a comfortable couch for nights in watching Netflix. There was also a TV in the bedroom, tons of closet space and a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, which were just perfect for a vacation away. We loved the balcony: sitting outside with a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day and watching The world go by and looking at the ocean views from the balcony. The beach was just minutes away on foot and there were many other beaches nearby. The bike is at the end of the street as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great host very communicative and helpful. Apartment is in a very convenient location walking distance to everything: train, city center, and beaches. Highly recommend apartment at a very good rate. There is Volta garage nearby that is convenient and they were able to make a reservation in advance so you don’t have to worry about parking.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten für uns 4-köpfige Familie. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Super fanden wir auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab, sodass man nach Bedarf waschen kann. Abends hört man leider noch lange den Verkehrslärm. Dafür ist man aber sehr zentral. Fußläufig Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Es ist allerdings schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Clara ist eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin. Sie gibt Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, wo der beste Strand ist.... Der Checkin war ohne Probleme, auch wenn alles auf Englisch war. Man kann sie auch zwischendurch anrufen, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Super Super

Cet apartement est très bien situé à 2 coins du rue de la mer. Très propre avec toutes les commodités. Clara, notre hôte, est "fantastico", elle nous a attendu à la gare malgré le retard du train. Clara est toujours là pour vous. L'apart est à 5min à pied de la gare. Nous y étions mi-avril, 23°c. Nous adorons l'Italie et Sanremo nous ont très bien acceulli. La politesse des Italiens, le vin, la bouffe etc... Une mise en garde, les trains en Italie sont très souvent en retard alors si vous devez être à votre destination à l'heure (ex. Aéroport) prenez le train précédent.

Kort semester i San Remo

San Remo är en trevlig stad, boendet ligger nära strandpromenad och nära ett restaurang distrikt med många trevliga barer och restauranger. Snyggt inredd liten 2 rummare med sovplatser för 3-4 då några sover i vardagsrummet. Rent och snyggt i det stora hela bra.

Pulizia, ottima posizione e soprattutto gentilezza

Clara è la perfetta padrona di casa, gentile ed accurata nel dare tutte le informazioni. L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo per tutta la famiglia, in una posizione strategica tra il centro di Sanremo , la stazione e la pista ciclabile. Abbiamo affittato delle bici, per esplorare la zona e girare la riviera. Clara è stata molto gentile nel permetterci di tenerle in cantina la sera. Consigliato e raccomandato al 100%.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana. Tutto perfetto, ancor più bello delle foto. Zona comoda per tutto - spiaggia, supermercato, bar, negozi... Clara e la sua mamma sono state gentilissime e precise nel fornire informazioni utili. Super consigliato!

Ottima soluzione

Sono stata con amici per capodanno e devo dire che l'arredamento la pulizia e la posizione della casa mi hanno piacevolmente sorpresa . Clara, la proprietaria, è davvero una persona gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Lo consiglio.
