Delightful, light and spacious lodges with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, enjoy a relaxing break in a comfortable and stylish home at the popular holiday park in the centre of Cornwall, an ideal base to explore the North and South Coasts. With 96 acres of parkland, 2 well stocked fishing lakes, plenty of wildlife and green space this is the perfect place to destress and it is just 13 miles to the beach and 8 miles to The Eden Project. A great place for families to come and enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer.
These are double storey triangle shaped, detached lodges with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated in a small holiday park close to Bodmin and Padstow.
Outdoors are two all-weather tennis courts, lakeside walking trails and a scenic jogging track. Two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes are on-site, and children can enjoy the outdoor play area. There are plenty of open spaces and grass areas for kids to enjoy some freedom and play outdoors.
The indoor leisure complex has a heated swimming pool, gym and restaurant. These facilities are closed in the winter from November to March.
Each lodge has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor with large floor to ceiling glass windows at the front to maximise light and space. There is a small patio with garden furniture and views over the countryside.
With a spacious open plan kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, lounge with two sofas, large TV and solid wood dining table and chairs for 8, it is perfect for family holidays and relaxing in comfortable surroundings.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a great self-catering family holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, large TV, wifi and lots of outdoor space.
There is also ample off road parking and two spaces directly in front of the lodge.
Also each lodge has the benefit of electric storage heating & wall mounted panel heaters throughout, for warmth all year round. Wifi is also available.
Here the whole family can enjoy a relaxing break away in a safe and peaceful environment and experience many of the wonderful things throughout Cornwall.
Located on a small development of just 69 detached holiday lodges in almost 100 acres of parkland with lakes, woodlands, walking tracks, a nature trail, marshland and a wide variety of flowers, fauna and wildlife. The original development is over 25 years old and the lakeside paths have now matured to form a varied and established wildlife habitat. Each lodge is placed carefully to maximise your privacy and connection to the countryside.

Just a couple of miles from the A30, within easy reach to both the Atlantic & Riviera coast, there are many fabulous beaches nearby, Watergate Bay, Rock, Padstow, Carlyon Bay, Looe, Crantock etc.
Just a short drive away is The Saint’s Way walking trail, a beautiful, 27-mile walking route across Cornwall, beginning at the picturesque harbour in Padstow and ending in Fowey.
The Eden Project is about eight miles away, the UK’s surfing capital, Newquay, is a half hour drive and there are many magnificent beaches to choose from.
Located at a holiday park which has a leisure complex with an indoor pool, gym, small shop and restaurant, the leisure complex is closed for the Winter from November to March. The following facilities are open:

Cute and quaint
The property is deceptively larger than it looks. It easily accommodated 7 adults and two dogs. The furnishings are a little old and could do with being replaced. The sofa bed is broken but can still be used. It didn’t affect our stay though. The location is perfect for exploring north and south Cornwall and there is plenty to see and do.

Excellent property and nice neighbourhood
We were very happy with our stay and the location was very beautiful. We felt relaxed and at home.
All the rooms were clean and well maintained with the exception of balcony which we felt needed a bit of cleaning.
We were very happy with all the kitchen appliances and facilities available in the accommodation . However we felt it would have been better if we had basic necessities like handwash… included in bathroom.
