The villa offers visitors the most tranquil environment to completely unwind and take a break. In the summer guests can cool down in the private outdoor pool, lie on the terrace and enjoy music through the BOSE sound system or simply find a quiet place in the orchard to completely disconnect or read books from the villa’s library.

Inside, guests will find an impressive kitchen with huge, floor-to-ceiling glass doors which open onto a large terrace and alfresco dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious dining area, a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer. A separate living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a large Sony HD digital satellite TV with Sky and a Bose sound system.

For complete relaxation, the villa has a Finnish and Infrared Sauna and a massage pool in one of the bedrooms where guests can also enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding hills. Outside there is a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.

The whole villa is air conditioned and guests are able to manage the house electronics via a smart tablet.

Location

The property is located in Kozana, a tiny village in Brda, West Slovenia, close to the Italian border between the Adriatic Sea and the Alps. The area is a popular wine destination and home to some of the best wineries in Slovenia, visitors will find four local wineries that are situated within 15-minutes walk of the property. It is also possible to rent bicycles to explore the surrounding villages.

In the summer guests can head to the Adriatic coast and spend the day on Marina Julia beach in Italy (a 45-minute drive away). There are also two beautiful courses nearby, Golf Vipavska cesta (a 25-minute drive) and Golf & Country Club Castello Di Spessa (a 15-minute drive).

Other popular excursions include a visit to the oldest Lipizzaner horse stud farm in Europe, (a one-hour drive) or a trip to explore the UNESCO-protected Škocjan Caves which are both a one-hour drive away.

The closest international airport is Aeroporto di Trieste - Friuli Venezia Giulia, (TSF) in Italy approximately a 35-minute drive away.
