Fabulous mews home by Paddington Station with Daikin AC!

The space:
My home is set over two floors, both bedrooms and downstairs area are fully Daikin air conditioned. The entrance level is on the first floor (UK) of the building, twenty stairs from ground level. There is no lift (elevator).
The front door opens into the well-equipped kitchen/dining area which has Miele appliances, including Miele washer/dryer with built-in washing liquid cartridges for coloured or white laundry. Adjoining it is the spacious and comfortable living area with Daikin Air Conditioner.
Spiral stairs lead up to the second level with a main bedroom, bathroom with shower, and media room (the second bedroom).
This media room opens onto a private delightfully lush balcony with two chairs and a table that is for your exclusive use only.

-The home is fully air conditioned - heating and cooling - by a Daikin heat pump.
-The main bedroom has a UK King Size bed (150 cm wide by 200 cm long, approximately 5’0” × 6’6”) with Daikin Air Conditioner.
-The second bedroom has a UK King Size sofa bed with a Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Daikin Air Conditioner.
-The pillows are a choice of down filled or memory foam.
-The duvets are down filled.
-The beds are fitted with The White Company London, Symons 1,000-thread-count, high-quality 100% Egyptian cotton sateen bed linen.
-The towels (face cloths, hand and body towels) are also premium 100% Egyptian cotton.
-Perfect shower experience with GROHE SmartControl: push, turn, shower.
-There is ample luggage storage and hanging space.
-Two Smart TV’s (65" and 55") have access to Apple TV Plus, Netflix, Paramount Plus, BBC iPlayer, ITV, Chanel 4.
-Sonos Music system with Apple Music.
-The kitchen includes a Miele dishwasher, Miele oven and Miele microwave/oven, and is fully equipped with a large range of cooking implements (Magimix food processor/blender/juicer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine etc), crockery, quality crystal glassware, and a selection of cooking oils, herbs and spices for your use.
-I can provide a travel cot (for one infant) upon request.

On your doorstep:
The apartment is in a quiet mews (street), less than 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, and literally across the street from Paddington Station with five Underground lines in addition to the new Elizabeth Line and the Heathrow Express. Heathrow Airport is a
15 minutes journey from Paddington Station via the Heathrow Express. Buses from Paddington Station also run direct services to Gatwick, Stansted and Luton airports. Kensington Palace is approximately 15 minutes walk, and the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum are all approximately 25 minutes walk, or a short trip from Paddington Station on the Underground. Notting Hill and the famous Portobello Road market are a 25 minute walk, or two stops on the Underground from Paddington. Covent Garden and Soho (Tottenham Court Road Station) is an 8 minute journey on the new Elizabeth Line. Harrods in Knightsbridge is a 30 minute walk across the park, or easily accessed by the Underground.

Home truth:
-The Daikin Heat pump is a fully integrated system throughout the home (therefore it cannot simultaneously cool one room and heat another at the same time). The AC units can either cool or heat the air.
-The home has spiral stairs (see photos), which may not be suitable for small children and some guests or overly large suitcases.

Parking: as is the case everywhere in the UK car parking is controlled by the local Council which for us is Westminster City Council. Please search on the internet for Westminster parking around Paddington Station.
