Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).
