The house boasts a living space of 1125 square foot and has a private front entrance, which leads into the hallway with the first bedroom on the right. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen with great amenities such as microwave, 2 ovens, washing machine, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer. Following on from the kitchen is an open plan living room and dinning. On the right just before the patio doors is one of the two bathrooms in the house, this one being a shower room with toilet. The living room then leads you through some french doors into a garden which has a patio and an outdoor dinning space with a BBQ stand.

This house is spacious and well equipped and is great for large groups of up to 8 people. The 8th person will use an Air bed. It has 3 double rooms and 1 single room. There are two bathrooms. One downstairs and one upstairs.
It is ideally located on the perimeters of London which gives you great access into central London and neighbouring towns like Potters bar, Barnet, Hatfield, St Albans, to name a few.
You get into central London within only 20 minutes by train. The property is also only a 10 minute walk from Brimsdown train station. The famous Westfield shopping mall in Stratford is easily accessible in only 20 minutes.
The other famous Westfield shopping mall is also accessible within 1 hour.
There is a large park known as Albany park if you are a runner like me. I used to run 5k to 10k runs in that park and have lovely memories. The park is only a 10 minute walk or 6 minute run.
On the Hertford road (15 minutes walk) there is a lovely Greek restaurant if you fancy Greek food.
Enfield Town is only a 20 minute ride on bus 307 and there are more parks there too.
