Heath Retreat is a charming bungalow settled in Buxted in East Sussex and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/living room with an electric oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar and a sitting area with a TV and a dining room/conservatory with seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture and access to large shared grounds with pond, tennis court and heated swimming pool. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property does not permit smoking. There is a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 0.9 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond and stone steps in the garden, please take care and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Note: The washing machine is located in a utility cupboard in the double bedroom. Note: This property does not accept Stags / Hens or similar parties.
