The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, dressing area, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bath, low-level wash hand basin, and W.C. Bedroom two features twin beds, fitted wardrobes with drawers underneath, and is adjacent to an additional bathroom with a shower, low-level wash hand basin, and W.C.

You can purchase the pass from the main reception area just across the road from the holiday home. There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.



While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.



Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.



For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
