Spacious renovated farmhouse with large saltwater pool and grounds.

Set in the beautiful valley of Soller is this extensively refurbished old farmhouse set on more than 2 acres of fruit orchards just a short stroll from the centre of Soller and 2 kilometres from the Port of Soller. Guests are welcome to explore the orchards and pick from the many types of fruit tree and the vegetables in the organic garden.

The 4 en-suite bedrooms are professionally serviced and the bed-linen and towels are of hotel quality. The spacious living area and extensive open kitchen and dining area provide comfort and convenience. Your home away from home.

The shaded pergola between the house and the large pool is ideal for dining and relaxation outside. We have a number of inflatables for kids to play on in the pool and a full-sized ping pong table.
Sunrise and sunsets provide spectacular views of the mountains in the valley.

We are animal lovers and have 2 rescue dogs and 2 cats which reside with the hosts in the refurbished barn across the courtyard. They are friendly and are kept out of the guest areas.

An ideal home in a great location to enjoy a relaxed and peaceful stay for family and friends.

A little slice of heaven!

This was our family’s first visit to Spain. We researched places to stay in Mallorca and Soller was highly recommended for a relaxing, casual atmosphere with amazing food, drink, nature and access to the mountains and the ocean.We found this property while searching for options to accommodate our family of 5- plus a friend that was coming along.The home and the property are incredible. There is a lot of room indoors and outdoors to relax, unwind and enjoy. The home is finished with high end finishes and extremely clean and well thought out. We had everything we needed.Jim is wonderful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with him. Our kids (ages 18, 15, 13) loved following him out in the yard to pick fruit, gather chicken eggs or learn about the property.The home is walking distance to town- and we walked there daily. It is not far (longer walk, trolly or car) to the port. We enjoyed a breathtaking hike to Fortunalx- and spent a wonderful afternoon in the town.We would recommend this property to everyone we know, and we hope to come back again and stay here! Thank you Jim! We truly appreciate your incredible home and your hospitality!

Fantastic peaceful spot close to town and amazing mountain views

A really spacious, beautifully designed and maintained property with a fabulous interior. The outside space offers fantastic views of the mountains from the pool area. There’s a real sense of being in the landscape, but you’re only a short walk from shops and town centre and there are a couple of bikes available if you prefer. We were made to feel very welcome and it really felt like a home from home, our host offered a warm welcome great advice on places to go and was a lovely person to spend time chatting to. He lives next door and is happy to help out to. make your stay more enjoyable. We will be back!

Perfect family retreat in Sóller for a 50th anniversary celebration

Staying at James' property in Sóller was an absolute delight, especially for our family get-together to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, James was a thoughtful and gracious host, ensuring everything was perfect for our special occasion. The property itself is finished to a high standard, with all the rooms and bathrooms being truly delightful. The saltwater pool and grounds provided the perfect space for the whole family to relax and enjoy quality time together. Brilliant stay

We had an amazing week, the house was incredibly spacious, very well equipped large kitchen and multiple bbq’s. The pool was great, being salt water and also a perfect temperature. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. Having access to Jim’s vegetable patch was also a huge highlight! We would recommend this house to anyone wanting a lovely stay in Soller.

Perfect Family Gathering

Our family of 7 (adult kids) stayed for 5 days and we could not have asked for a better place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy one another and a beautiful property. The home is just as advertised -- wonderfully spacious, comfortable, and well appointed with everything you need. Jim went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed, and provided helpful suggestions as we ventured out to explore the area. The property is just lovely, with beautiful gardens, abundant veggies and citrus that we were invited to enjoy, and a spacious pool area. We enjoyed being greeted by Boris, Dino, and the cats each day. And we took advantage of the additional treat of having Enzo prepare an Argentinian-influenced BBQ for us all, where he took care of virtually everything while we sipped beers, played table tennis, and hovered over his grill. A wonderful evening and memory for us all. Thank you Jim, for a family vacation we will never forget!

Great house in good location close to Soller

Our family of 7 (2 adults, 2 adults + 2 kids, 1 adult) enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean on arrival and everything was in working order. It has great private bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. I would suggest providing some extra mattresses to families with young kids so they can all sleep in the same bedroom. The kitchen is big, nice and fully featured, although the hard materials mean It is a little loud. The outside sitting area is lovely and the salt water pool very nice. In addition there is a great vegetable and fruit garden. The property manager lives in a house just besides the main house and is very kind, helpful and responsive. The 3 dogs that live with him provided lots of fun for our kids. It is a 15 min walk to Sóller where there are lots of nice shops and cafes. In car it takes around 10 minutes to drive to the Port de Sóller car park. All in all a great stay and we would be happy to return.

Amazing villa

The villa is immaculate and supplied with everything you could need, the pool and gardens are beautiful and we had the most fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing.

Simply Amazing!!

This property is absolutely delightful! Our family (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12) stayed 6-nights, and we all wished we could have stayed for months. Jim was a great communicator prior to our arrival and Enzo hosted us while we were on property and along with the 3 property dogs Dino, Boris, and Anna. My boys loved visiting with the dogs daily, helping Enzo with all the animal feedings, and picking fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs from the garden. Enzo provided so much helpful information to make our stay perfect! The welcome basket was a godsend too given the long travel delays we experienced coming from the USA. I could sit for hours in the pool staring at the mountainous backdrop and the ever changing colors in the sky. Stunning! The pool was also stocked with pool toys for kids. The house itself was extremely comfortable and kitchen as others have said is so well stocked! Soller is stunningly beautiful, we enjoyed a morning hike through 3 other villages, a drive to Alcudia, and the unbelievable scenic (and stressful) drive down to Sa Calobra...so worth it though!! We booked a private boat coasteering trip with Rock and Water which was a highlight as my boys loved climbing and jumping from the highest points they could find...but honestly I wish we had more days to just sit and enjoy Jim's property. It was incredibly hard to leave each day. Thank you Jim and Enzo for everything! We will be back...just wish it could be sooner!

A most lovely house and gardens

We had a really excellent stay at this finca for a week in June. Ourselves, our two children with their partners, and two grandchildren. The house itself is just superb - everything about it is of the very highest quality - the bathrooms, bedrooms and fantastically well equipped kitchen. And the outside area is no exception - a wonderful pool and sit out area; we also used the BBQ and pizza oven. And Enzo was so very helpful - and encouraged us to use the adjoining garden for vegetables - and eggs; the hens were of particular interest to our three year old granddaughter. The location is perfect - a 15min walk into the centre of town, and 10 minutes to the nearest shops and tram stop. It’s also convenient for the lovely wallks up the valley to Binibassi and Fornalutx. All in all, top marks!

Memorable stay

Ca’n Bosco The tone of the week was set with an extensive personal and amusing tour of the property by Liam. The kitchen is very well appointed with two large fridge freezers which mean that a large shop can be easily stored for the week. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday is somewhere in the kitchen, you only need to look. Plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery, pans, gas hobs, induction hobs, ovens and sinks to satisfy the most demanding cook. The walls of the villa are adorned with original artworks and the beautifully appointed bedrooms have efficient, and quiet air conditioning, which means a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Then for breakfast a wander through the garden sees you return with fresh tomatoes, peppers, chillies, lemons, dates and pomegranates. The welcome pack itself is a wonder to behold, including eggs from the hens at the far end of the property. The town centre is a short walk away, whilst in the other direction an Agromart can supply most things, with a smaller shop and bar nearby. Great weather, great host and an amazing property meant we had a fantastic time at Ca’n Bosco

Beyond our expectations

Jim’s property was the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The thoughtfulness, cleanliness, spaciousness and overall aesthetic made this a true highlight of our trip. Everything you would ever need in a rental property was there. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful place!
