Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds, is a private estate amidst lakeside trails, rivers and hundreds of acres of green space. It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity centre.
Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking.
A modern, beautiful property with lake views, located within the exclusive private, gated area of the estate. Spacious, luxurious accommodation for 8 people with a 2nd floor living and kitchen area.
Situated in a lovely secluded area of the Estate Owls Hoot benefits from the privacy of being situated in a gated area of the estate. Boasting beautiful views of Swillbrook Lake Owls Hoot offers accommodation for 8 across three floors. A double bedroom overlooks the back decking and another double bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bunk room that also looks over the back decking.
The first floor is home to the living and kitchen area where you can sit back and enjoy meals with a stunning lake view. There is a snug room tucked off the kitchen too.
To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking. All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
To top it all off the master en-suite double bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor mezzanine. Step out of the room to overlook the lounge and enjoy the best views the property has to offer.
