Communication from host was excellent and they were always on hand via email or phone. Location is top top top draw and very central but not noisy at all. Place itself is very clean, well maintained, functional and has everything you need in the kitchen with an oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster etc. The views are excellent and you're not overlooked and the pool is about 65 steps away and its clean and has more great views. Will definitely return!

Nice apartment. Very clean. Comfy beds. View of the sea. Lots of IPTV channels and quick Internet. Very close to pool. Quiet urbanisation. Close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Short walk to the beach. Old town only 10mins walk.Some noise from the nearby bars, but ok with terrace door shut. Aircon in bedroom would have been useful.Communication with property mamager was very good.Overall very pleased with our stay.

Central Apartment with fantastic sea view

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment on a small complex with a pool, excellently located next to good restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets and a short walk across the promenade to the beautiful beaches. We had great 10 days of holiday and we will definitely return soon !

Great apartment

Just spent a fantastic week in this apartment. It is so central and close to all amenities. The beach is only 5 mins away! Everything you could need is provided in the apartment. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend and will definitely book this lovely apartment again 😀

just about OK

First noticable fact was that there was no hand rail going down the 6/7 steps to apartment. community steps all had handrails. In the shower cubicle there was no handrail or support of any kind and nowhere to place shower items once inside the cubicle. The microwave in the kitchen was well above my head it was situated between the cupboards over the worktop, I had a couple of accidents getting a dish out of microwave, very dangerous for me, On the terrace there is no railing or barrier to stop going off into the black gravel garden and there was quite a slope going down to the back of the restaurants on the front line. Had to re-boot the TV at least 3 times whilst watching the TV each day. On the plus side the sea view was lovely. Would we stay in this apartment again NO !!!!

The photos on the advert are exactly as you received in the apartment as you say 6 steps down to the apartment so we woulDnt say this is a reflection on the apartment also the microwave is located in a cupboard above the worktop like 90% of other properties and has never been a problem for other guests if there was a rail at the end of the terrace to stop you falling 5 inches off the terrace it would spoil the sea view which at least you have agreed is nice. One last comment by me is would i rent to you again DEFINATLEY NOT!!!!!

Schönes Appartment, gute Lage und toller Blick

Das Appartement ist trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße sehr ruhig gelegen. Gute Ausgestattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Geräumig und sauber und vor allem mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer.

Rückzugsort im Touristenzentrum

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der gepflegten, modernen und im wesentlichen gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Tagsüber ist die Anlage eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten des lauten Treibens auf der Avenida. Die zentrale Lage mit sehr kurzen Wegen zum Meer und zum Supermarkt machen ein Auto verzichtbar. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir haben häufig gekocht. Punktabzug gibt es für knallharte Federkern-Matratzen ohne Topper. Nachts wird die Ruhe des öfteren durch laute Musik und Gesang sowie Rufe der Feiernden auf der Partymeile gestört. Auf die Meldung einer defekten Spülmaschine wurde sofort reagiert. Hand- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche sind ausreichend vorhanden und wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht.

Nice apartment, great location

We have just returned from a lovely holiday and want to give a fair review of this property. The view from the apartment is certainly excellent. It is situated just above and behind the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance so everything is close at hand. That does have its drawbacks though, as while sunbathing on the terrace, the cooking at the Indian Aroma restaurant which is almost immediately below the apartment is very evident. We understood there were many steps to the apartment. To be precise, 47 going upwards and nine down, so it’s not ideal for everyone. The apartment itself is well equipped with newly fitted bathroom and kitchen so is of a high standard. Two minor irritations we had though were the shower did not drain properly and we constantly had to restrict showers to just a couple of minutes, for fear of flooding the bathroom. This was fixed on our penultimate day but should have been dealt with immediately. Also whilst there are two sun loungers, one is badly damaged, meaning you had to be very careful getting on it and there was only one lounger cushion. We did ask for another but were just told some had been ordered. No good then for our holiday. To summarise, this is a very nice apartment, but the owner needs to respond to issues promptly when you are just there for a week. Having said all that, we had a late evening flight back and they did kindly allow us to stay until 6pm, so we did fully use our extra day.
