Beautiful clean, spacious lodge, peaceful location in Hollicars Forest. Great for forest walks, and close to enough to enjoy York too. Great relaxing mini break.

Lovely lodge with quality fittings and furnishings, pictures, bedding, towels etc all very comfortable and well equipped. Great hot tub! The park was very peaceful with nice walks.

We loved our stay. The lodge was so stylish and cosy and the hot tub was amazing. A thoroughly peaceful and relaxing break. Such friendly and helpful reception staff who helped us with everything from hiring bikes to suggesting places to eat in the area.

The lodge was gorgeous and the location was perfect.

The lodge was absolutely stunning. I loved the decor so much that I got in contact with the owner to find out where some of the soft furnishings came from. The hot tub was a lovely addition. The kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely be back.

The lodge surpassed all expectations, beautiful interior, decor and little touches. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Its a must visit, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful lodge with hot tub, spacious and well equipped.

We love the views that this lodge affords, we were enthralled by the kestrels feeding their young in what appeared to be four separate nests, all visible from our outside area, everything in the lodge is of a high standard and feels special, we cooked a couple of meals and found everything we needed including kitchen scales. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well.

Beautiful lodge in tranquil surroundings - simply stunning!

The lodge was immaculate and the washing machine was a big bonus as we were visiting our son at the University! A slice of peace and tranquility with lots of walking and a lovely pub through the woods. Our 3rd visit to Hollicarrs and we have already booked our fourth.
