Bungalow renovado de 1100 pies cuadrados en Seven Spaniels y una granja Hound Farm cerca del centro de Raleigh y de universidades y colegios. Dos habitaciones, un baño, con cocina comedor, sala de estar, espacio de oficina pequeño, vestidor, terraza y patio completamente cercado para los miembros de su familia de cuatro patas. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for what we needed with the animals. The fenced yard is large and plenty of room. Th house was clean and we enjoyed out stay. Will be back because it works for us and being able to be close to family in the area.

Graduation Getaway

This cute little bungalow house was the perfect little spot for extra guests during our graduation week near Raleigh, NC. The house is extremely spacious and has the proper beds and bath to accommodate per the VRBO listing. If you are traveling to the house, take note that at night its a bit tricky to locate the drive as it's an extremely dark road and people drive quite fast on the main roadway. Also, the gps will take you to the main house, not the bungalow. We had the luxury of a washer and dryer to use at another location, the one at the VRBO was full of some kind of "hair/pet debris?" I disnt want that all over my clothing. I would stay again, it's a cute house, and super convenient for what we needed!

Visiting with Old Friends

My wife and I were going to be in the Raleigh area to spend time visiting with friends. The bungalow was in the perfect location for us to accommodate our needs. It’s a great location in the country, yet a short drive to Raleigh, Cary, Clayton, Smithfield, Angier, Garner, Holly Springs, etc. Cosy and comfortable.

Great Value with a Country Feel

Property is a great value for the rate. The home faces away from the road and overlooks a large pasture/field that makes you feel like you are in the country. Owners are VERY responsive and easy to work with. Having a dog with us we LOVED having a fenced in area around the entire home. You can see the owners home from the property. The home backs to a fairly busy 2 lane road and the primary bedroom is on the back side, while there is some nice space in between the home and road as a light sleeper that is used to a quiet area I could hear some traffic noise.

I am a native of Garner, NC. Garner has the feel of a small town, with great communities and people (Garner-known for Scotty McCreery) yet close to universities and the city. It's the best of both worlds. My Dad advocated for saving green space and farms and he purchased this land to save it from future development.

My husband Don and I look forward to being your hosts for your stay and want to ensure you enjoy your visit. We created this dog-friendly space since we travel with our dogs and always look for homes with a fenced in yard, safe community, and comfort.

The majority of this land was where Black Angus cows were raised and roamed the acres of pasture. The back section of the community next door is where tobacco was raised as part of the Rand farm. This was a large working farm back in its day.
