Barn conversion at the Old Watermill near Snowdonia & Zip World.

Y Beudy is a warm, modern & tastefully decorated 19th barn conversion in the grounds of our own farmhouse.
The super king bed, bedroom and shower room are on a mezzanine level with the fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area downstairs.
Light and airy with vaulted high ceilings and sky lights.
There is everything you could need for a fantastic break away, including fresh eggs from our resident hens, parking, EV charger and all utilities and linens included.
Pet friendly with outdoor areas to enjoy. We even have our own pond, stream and waterwheel.
Just a couple of miles from Snowdonia, Zip World, Anglesey and all that the beautiful north Wales has to offer.
Pet friendly so don't leave him behind (we do make a small additional charge).

This was a great place to stay and ideal for me (and a couple too!). From here you can easily access lots of fun activities, although I just wanted to climb Mt. Snowden

Cosy, clean space with everything you need away from home. Kerry is super helpful and always on hand if needed.You must try the eggs from Kerry's chickens...you can tell they're laid by happy hens!Great location for exploring North Wales.

My sister and I stayed here for a nice long weekend over Easter and we had the best time! Kerry was lovely and the barn conversion is so nice and cosy! We throughly enjoyed our stay here, and the location is great too! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

Lovely place

This place is really nice and even better than the photos. We had a really nice stay, the cottage is quiet and cosy and the location is rural and beautiful.

Lovely quiet and convenient cottage

Excellent cottage in small courtyard. We wanted to be near Bangor which is only 10 mins away. Welcome pack was tasty, including fresh eggs, chocolates and Welsh cakes. Even the doggie had towel and treats ready!! Bed comfortable and shower nice and hot. Would stay again!

UK Roadtrip

We enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed a couple of nights longer. This is a good location as it is only a short drive to a number of beautiful Wales sights. We were quite comfortable here and enjoyed ‘normalizing’ our life a bit after being away from home for over a week. We were able to relax and catch our breath before heading out on the road again. Thanks for having us!

Enjoy the fresh milk and eggs!

The moment we arrived Kerry was extremely accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even gave me a bottle of Prosecco when she found out it was my birthday, along with suggestions of what to do. We visited castles and hiked Snowden it was an amazing experience
