2 bedroom villa Vilamoura near beach

Thank you for your review and to expose your opinions about my place I started to rent my house since April 2022 and until so far I have welcome 31 different guests, and from those not even one complained about anything, I know because you did it, as your flight was in the evening and you’d like to stay until later but I had new clients arriving so that was not possible, besides the house rules say that check out is until 10 a.m.. I offered you to leave your luggage downstairs and to use my bathroom if necessary, to watch TV in my sitting room to pass the time until you would be picked up to the airport but you refused. I have many reviews from guests the most with 5 stars, everybody writes good things about the house. The bathroom was leaking badly? It was not and you know it very well, I checked and I showed to you that there was nothing wrong and you confirmed it and said you preferred to use the shower on the other room. The electricity supply was unable to cope with some devices being used at the same time. I have the maximum power allowed by the Energy Company, if you do that in another house it might happen the same, anyway it took only 1 minute to restore the power again. None of the 31 guests before complained about this. TV in the lounge: I suppose that holidaymakers are not coming here to stay home watching TV, every bedroom has one, but I have a TV connection in the lounge for the case some guests want it, I asked you about it it’s very easy I just move the TV on the back room to the lounge and you simply said: No need. The protection on the balconies made of plastic it’s absolutely strong enough to prevent that children approach the wall they can lean on it and they won’t fall, if you say that the net could be nicer? Yes, I agree, and that’s in my plans to do it. The house doesn’t need significant investments as you say, at the moment only the necessary maintenance which I always do. If the house would have all those issues, please ask yourself why 31 guests who have been here before never complained about it.? That speaks for itself. Best regards Fernando, Tanya and George

Je ne comprends pas quand vous dites que la piscine n'est pas bien située, puisqu'elle n'est qu'à 30 mètres de la maison, en seulement 20 secondes vous êtes dans la piscine. Quant aux travaux sur la maison du coin de la rue, je suis désolé mais je ne peux rien faire, heureusement les travaux seront bientôt terminés. Vous avez été des hôtes merveilleux et j'espère que vous reviendrez à l'avenir pour passer vos vacances chez moi où je serai toujours à votre disposition. Cordialement Fernando et Tanya
