Located at the center of Sosua and just a short walk away from the beach, supermarket, nightlife and you do not need a car to enjoy everything Sosua has to offer, but yet quiet and secure. Nice view over the pool area, one of the best locations within the project

Manuel Casati and Yvette Merker were born in the Dominican Republic and live in Sosúa. In addition to renting and selling properties, Manuel is a cinematographer in the cinematographic area and Yvette has a degree in business administration.
This project arose after having started with the proposal to highlight the history and culture of Sosúa with "The Good Life Sosúa". You can find more information about this on social networks @thegoodlifesosua.
