The Space:
Step in from the sun-soaked terrace and tiered garden into a bright, open-plan living space designed for effortless coastal living. The welcoming lounge and dining area flow seamlessly together, with a six-seater dining table overlooking a comfortable seating area complete with a 40" Smart TV (Netflix and Disney+ ready with your own login), WiFi, board games and a selection of books. Just outside, the front patio offers a peaceful spot to unwind while enjoying uninterrupted views across the golf course.
The kitchen is flooded with natural light from a skylight and perfectly positioned to make the most of the views. Fully equipped for both relaxed breakfasts and family meals, it includes a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, and all essential cookware and glassware.
The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms, all accessed from the living area. There are two double bedrooms, one featuring a private en-suite shower room, alongside a twin room with its own en-suite WC. A spacious family bathroom includes a full-size bath with overhead shower. Every bed is fitted with a brand-new Simba mattress (installed 2024) and dressed in quality linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Outside, the south-facing terrace and garden create a private setting for outdoor dining and all-day sunshine. In the evening, this sheltered space becomes a warm sun trap—perfect for relaxing with sunset drinks.
The property also benefits from parking for up to three cars directly outside, making arrival and unloading simple and convenient.
Guest Access:
As a guest at Woodfield, you have full, private access to the entire property. However, we're always on hand if you need us.
Tenby's South Beach is a 200m stroll from the property and also include the popular South Beach Bar & Grill that is well worth exploring.
A 10-minute walk along brings you into the heart of Tenby Old Town with a choice of restaurants, independent shops, coffee shops, takeaways and supermarkets. We're more than happy to recommend our favourite spots.
Tenby can be easily accessed by car, rail or bus. The rail and bus stop are both within a 10-minute walk from the property.
This is a beautiful small coastal town. The central streets are closed to traffic in summer and it is easy to get around on foot. However, we do recommend having access to a car to make the most of everything Pembrokeshire offers.
The Neighborhood:
With award-winning beaches, a warm atmosphere and fine Victorian houses painted in sugared almond colours, Tenby is one of the UK's prettiest and cosiest seaside towns. Tenby is a delightful little harbour town and seaside resort situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and home to many Restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs all linked by cobbled streets.
Coastal walks, boat trips, fishing, water sports, cycling, a top links golf course and much more all start in Tenby. There is plenty of family fun like crabbing, sandcastles and exploring the lifeboat station. Further afield, Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme park, Heatherton World of Activities, Dinosaur Park and Manor Wildlife Park are all within a 10-mile radius.
Getting Around:
The property includes parking for 3 cars directly outside the house with easy access for loading/unloading.

-Whilst the house is spread across a single story, there are several steps required to access the property.
-Woodfield and Tenby are the perfect places for a family break. A highchair and travel cot are provided - please note linen is not provided for the travel cot.
-Tenby is host to the infamous Ironman Triathlon as well as other events throughout the year. During these times, the town can become quite busy with road closures and diversions in place. Ironman usually takes place in early September, with other sporting events happening in late June and early July.

Everything you could want. 5* Recommended
Beautiful home in a lovely area. Literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, plenty of parking and close to Tenby centre.
Decorated and furnished to a good standard. Very clean and very well kept. Equipped with everything you could want. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Kitchen was amazing, so much crockery, cutlery, and equipment.This host has thought so everything. Great selection of games, toys, books and leaflets. Wifi excellent too. 5* recommended.
