Lakefront apartment in the residential complex "San Sivino" with swimming pool and direct access to the beach and the lake, in Manerba del Garda.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a bright living room equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen, also coming with an electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The living room overlooks the covered porch from which guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake as in a postcard: the porch is equipped with a dining table and outdoor chairs.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first is furnished with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe, and a door leads directly to the parking lot; the second, instead, consists of two single beds and a chest of drawers. In the corridor there is a wardrobe that opens into a bunk bed. A modern full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.



*The swimming pool can be used from 01 May to 30 September. The use of a swimming cap is required.

Guests can easily park a car in the uncovered private parking space inside the residential complex San Sivino.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.



The strong point of San Sivino are the open and shared spaces; the large green park of 10,000 meters offers the possibility of games for children along with the small playground area equipped with swings and table tennis; the pool, divided into two areas, one shallow and one for adults, is characterized by the total view of the lake and its proximity to it, allowing guests of this beautiful complex to relax in the water feeling the waves of the lake breaking on the beach.

Inside there is also a restaurant, so guests can taste the typical dishes of the lake and our peninsula!



From San Sivino, guests can easily access the beach below and the private pier for groups who decide to rent a motorboat.

Residence San Sivino is 3 minutes by car from the town of Moniga del Garda and its medieval castle and only 4 minutes from the center of Manerba del Garda and Porto Dusano. A few steps away you can reach clubs and restaurants to enjoy the taste of Italian cuisine while admiring the lake and the Costaripa winery for wine tasting of the lake. The Garda Golf of Soiano is only 6 minutes away by car, while the famous Gardaland amusement park and the Caneva World water park are only 40 minutes away.



The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
