Ambleside Boutique Cottage with Outstanding views
This cosy cottage is situated in the centre of Ambleside.
Take a seat in the bay window, relax and enjoy the spectacular idyllic views over Ambleside and beyond.
Stroll into the village and enjoy the cafes and restaurants or take one of the stunning Fell Walks that Ambleside has to offer.
The contemporary cottage is fitted out to a high standard, including underfloor heating, and modern appliances.
The lounge and both bedrooms have breath-taking views of the Fells or Lake Windermere.
The space
The lounge has wonderful views toward the fells, and you can sit and relax at the table in the bay window, having drinks / food and enjoying the view. The lounge is well presented with an exposed beam and 2 comfortable sofas.
The contemporary kitchen has a full size fridge / freezer, and induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Upstairs both double bedrooms again have glorious views. Both have Double beds and wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.
The bathroom boasts a power shower, and is finished with quality fittings.
The property has central heating throughout for your comfort.
Outside
In front of the cottage you will find a private dedicated parking spot to use during your stay.
Outside to the front of the property are table and chairs so that you may sit out in the evenings, enjoying a glass of wine and soaking up the view. There is also a shared rear garden space which is shared with the other cottages in this cluster.
The laundry is to the rear of the property in the shared courtyard and has a washing machine (operated on a £2 coin basis)
There is a lockable cycle store, again in the shared courtyard to the rear of the property and you are welcome to leave your cycles in here.
Ambleside offers many varied walks right from your doorstep – Wansfell Pike and The Waterfalls walk are both within easy reach. Ambleside Park and the walk to Loughrigg Fells are also nearby.
Location
You can abandon your car for your stay as everything in the village is within walking distance and if you wish to go further afield you can hike to other Lake District villages or maybe take the bus or ferry.
For rainy days there is an indoor climbing centre and two cinemas in the village of Ambleside.
There are many varied shops / restaurants and cafes for you to explore within the village which is a 5 minute stroll from the house.

Please note the cottage has steep stairs so is unsuitable for children or guests with mobility issues.
