Lovely flat in Tulse Hill, just 3 mins walk from Tulse Hill station.

There's a spacious kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (one king, one twin/king convertible) beautiful bathroom and a study/desk area.

There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.

Great flat in a very convenient location with excellent access to rail /bus services.Clean and well appointed with everything we need for a 2 night stay .Lovely green space (Brockwell Park ) within 10 walk which we enjoyed a sunny morning walk in .Very smooth check in and good communication with owner .Highly recommend.Many thanks for the use of your flat .

Our family’s first experience with a private rental, so I was a little nervous. NO NEED! Kevin was great to deal with, with a 6 hour time difference I was trying to be mindful of his evenings but he was responsive quickly. The fans supplied to ease the stifling heatwave were perfect, and with closed curtains during the day and a nice flow through at night, the flat was comfortable. The on-site washer, drying rack and clothes line were perfect to keep up with the sweaty clothing after a day of touring. The queen bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom were perfect for this family of four, and were VERY comfortable. Having a back yard to relax with a glass of wine in the evening was great. Not a bad thing to say about the flat. Location: I am quite familiar with the Underground (but NOT the bus system), but the proximity to Brixton Station had me thinking “not ideal” - absolutely wrong on this one! Mere steps to the bus stop and grabbing a frequent #2 or #432 to Brixton Station put that to rest quickly! The added bonus was the ThamesLink line, which we took to London City Airport to meet my son - awesome! Air conditioned, smooth, and easy to navigate. A quick walk to Tulse Hill Station for this train will take you directly to London Bridge Station, an amazing termination point and great place to start your day of touring. HIGHLY recommend Kevin and his property!

Pleasant stay, nice property

We stayed for three days. The kitchen was well supplied, the premises was clean and well turned out. There are lots of amenities near by, and good infrastructure.

We had a great experience staying here over the holidays for 11 days! The host was so attentive and responded to any inquiries immediately every time which was appreciated. The flat was perfect for our needs. We loved that it had a dishwasher and a washing machine as we were there for so long. There was plenty of space for everything. There is also a bathtub which felt amazing after a day of walking walking walking! The bus is a 1 minute walk and the train station is a 4 minute walk. You can't beat the location! We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We would highly recommend this flat and would definitely book again. Thanks to our host for everything.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It's super close to Tulse Hill station, has a well equipped kitchen, great garden and two great bedrooms. It also had a third room that was perfect for working and for a travel cot. The flat is stylish with high quality linens and towels.

Cozy little home

This was a perfect place to stay when wanting to visit London but not stay right in the city! It’s right next to the train station so easy access to any town! Loved staying here and the host had excellent communication!
