Private Suite in Villa in the Green in Rome/Ciampino

The Suite environment is spacious, warm and refined. Either on the large terrace or in the large kitchen you can enjoy breakfast and hangout for a while.
The apartment occupies the first floor of the villa with a lounge and kitchen reserved for guests on the lower floor. The stairs between the different floors are shared with the guests of the other apartments present.
Optionally and only upon specific request (only if the number of adult guests is more than five people) an additional independent room can be made available on the first floor and a second bathroom on the ground floor.
Winter heating costs are not included in the basic rates.
The Villa is quiet and the atmosphere extremely relaxing. Nevertheless, the center of the city of Rome can be easily reached in less than 30 minutes!

The Host's communication was excellent- he was very accommodating and helpful. The Bathroom was beautiful and plenty big. Both bedrooms were very nice. The only negative- the yard they show in the pictures- isn't really the front yard. it's an apartment within a security gate. He left us waters, wine and snacks- a very nice touch!

Be Carefull

The property manager is very nice , friendly and helpfull. The property is in a location 5 min drive from the train station. However, be prepared, YOU WILL Be SHARING the house with other people. I see the owner has several postings for this "villa". How he does it? There are multiple floors, there is one kitchen on the basement, one in the 1st floor and there are 3 rooms on the 2nd florr and another room on the 3rd floor. The owner will rent out each to separate individuals. also the bathroom we had had no shower, just the bath tube with a handshower.

Dears, your feedback shall help us further clarify overall listings shown on platforms and related differences. As per contacts we had before your booking we explained the several options available for your stay. One option allows to book all of the villa for a "single group", one more shall allow booking of the first floor -large- apartment, another 2nd floor aptmnt and last one a single room. As per previous contacts we had you've been adviced (as also detailed in each listing description) that each option for booking has different prices and shared area are only the stairs. Also each of the several aptmnts solutions (at least 50 and over 90 square meters) have got separate kitchens and distinct living rooms reserved to each group (closed with distinct keys) OR the overall Villa four floors and 260+ square meters are totally reserved for ONE group. So while thanking for Your feedback we do find something else was not correct and fair on messages. You were clearly told about these listings differences and the several options. you decided to choose most affordable amongst the solutions. Also it is clearly stated there is (in Your apartment) a Jacuzzi, may it be appreciated or not this is a precious option other than a common shower... So we 're just wondering : WHY complaining for such aspects that were already clarified before You booked? thanks for this further opportunity to clarify overall villa booking options and best regards NOI srl

Ausreichend sauber und gut. Haus wird von unterschiedlichen Urlaubsbewohnern genutzt, die häufig wechseln. Kommunikation mit Wohnungsverwaltung ist gut und hilfreich. Gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Verkehr.

La struttura è in una zona tranquilla,senza auto sarebbe stato un po' complicato visitare la città (passeggiata+bus+ treno x arrivare a Termini).L annuncio non rende bene l idea della struttura ma il gestore è molto disponibile a fornire spiegazioni sia prima che durante il soggiorno

Le séjour était presque parfait : le seul petit bémol porte sur le fait que dans la villa, les chambres et salle de bain sont au premier étage, alors que la cuisine est au sous-sol.

Wohnen im Schrott

Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht und 2 bekommen. Die Begründung: für 3 Leute, reichen 2 Schlafzimmer. Sonst verdient er nicht genug, wenn er das dritte an uns weitergibt. Die Wohnzustände waren sehr schlecht. Die Küche, im Keller, muffig, sehr unangenehme Feuchtigkeit im Raum. Das Kochgeschirr hätte schon vor 20 Jahren auf den Müll gehört. Kaputte Pfannen, alte eingebeulte Töpfe, so groß, dass essen für 20 Personen hineinpasst. Nichts davon war zu gebrauchen. Im Bad, nur eine kaputte Whirlpoolwanne. Eine Katastrophe. Die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren kaputt, richtiger Schrott. Abgebrochener Holztisch. Ein Stuhl ist beim hinsetzen auseinander gefallen. Im Haus war es sehr laut. Wenn die Nachbarn nach Hause gekommen sind, haben wir jedes Geräusch gehört, als wären sie neben einem. Ein Wohnzimmer gab es nicht. Unten in der Küche, wo es feucht, muffig ist, standen 2 alte Polsterstühle für 3 Personen vor einem Fernseher. Niemals wieder dort hin. Grauenvoll

An experience to never forget

From beginning to end Giorgio, the villa owner, was fantastic. It accommodated my large family of 7. He made everything go smoothly prior to checking in with information about our trip, to getting around, and places to see. Our family loved getting to know the locals in Ciampino, and loved the great food. It was amazing! Giorgio went the extra mile and went out of his way to give my husband and I a personal tour of Rome. It was amazing. We will definitely be back and will miss the amazing people we met. We loved Italy and highly recommend you stay in Ciampino, Via de Casale Agostinelli specifically. ❤️❤️🇮🇹🇮🇹
