The Spring & Summer seasons await at Twilight Lodge & Hot/Spa. Book today, as it is an amazing place to stay. With new soft furnishings ready for this new year. The fitted kitchen has all the necessary modern appliances with double oven, microwave, 5 burner hob, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, the lodge also boasts a wine cooler. Utility room a place to store your outdoor shoes, a launderette onsite. Sky TV & USB ports for electronics. The 40 x 16 foot lodge has a spacious living and dining area and is open plan. A large decking area to enjoy the country field views. There is ample parking for cars on the tarmac. The Spa is a fab hydrotherapy way to relax those muscles and make memories stargazing. A perfect place to relax on a staycation/holiday. NOTE: THIS IS A NONE SMOKING or VAPING PROPERTY (not on decking or within lodge).


Note: Early ‘check Ins’ can be arranged at an additional fee with prior notice. If you require a 'late-check' out after 10am please organise before arrival, both can be arranged for an additional fee of £30. per hour. Additional guests above 2 are chargeable at £10 per night (the usage fee for additional towels, linen, water & power). There is a Jaybee fold up bed for a 5th paying guest.

The outside security cameras at power supply, taps and video door bell are for everyone's security & property and can be used to contact host if needed.

NOT SMOKING OR VAPING IN PROPERTY OR ON DECKING AREA. Guests responsibility NOT to leave parasol in upright open position unattended.

Easy check in due to instructions provided and directions to the lodge on the site.Tracey responded well to text with any queries, letting me know nearest supermarket and info for the on site restaurant.Lovely lodge, very homely and that extra bit of luxury with the hot tub and soft dressing gowns provided.

Stay at twilight lodge

Really enjoyed our stay at the lodge, surprised how big the property was and how much space we had. Loved the en suite and wardrobe space in the main bedroom. Had a very homey feel with all the extra touches as oppose to a hotel room with just the basics. All of which made a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy! So much so my partner had the best sleep shes had in a long time! The hotub was amazing! Just what you need at the end of a long day! Tracey was very helpful and always available if we needed anything. I would definitely recomend staying there you wont be dissapointed comfy, so muchvso my par tner hcomfy

Would not recommend

This property was good but unfortunately we had a few issue's. The doors to the decking did not open as they needed repairs & when I informed Tracey she apologised but they never got fixed while we were there. Therefore we had use the other door which would not have been a problem but for the doorbell camera that you had to go past, so you had to make sure you covered up when in your swimwear. This camera doorbell was not mentioned in the listing & I would prefer my privacy on holiday. Also having 2 teenage girls that didn’t want to share a room I wanted to use the listed sofa bed although there isn’t one. It was a small fold up bed kept in a wardrobe. Upon removing the sofa cushions to find the sofa bed I found tons of dirt, crumbs & hair that looked like it had built up over a long time. When I informed Tracy of this I was asked why did I need it? Then she continued to moan about the last people putting loads of sand in her hot tub? The shower was also blocked in the main bathroom which I bought unblocker for, probably from the last people as apparently they had 2 dogs stay there. When I booked it stated no pets, which I didn’t find great as this should be stated in case of allergies. There is also clutter in the kitchen & nowhere to put your own food etc. I didn’t think Tracey was interested in resolving any issues & stated that she lived 300 miles away, but if you’re going to run a business & take people’s money you have to be prepared to resolve & fix problems

A hidden gem.

The lodge is beautiful. Very nicely decorated with a 'homely' feel. Comfortable chair, settee's and beds. Impeccably clean with a large hot tub. There are onsite facilities such as indoor swimming pool, bar/ restaurant, small arcade and childrens outdoor play area. Ideally located with Newquay a 10 min drive away. I cannot recommend this lodge any more highly Tracey the owner is a lovely lady who kept in touch with us and made sure we felt welcomed. Definitely will be staying again.

Relaxing break

Really relaxing stay. Home from home. Very peaceful location and lodge on a lovely part of the plot. Only issue I had was finding a few dog hairs here and there. Not sure if the person before me had a pet but that was the only reason why I didn’t rate cleanliness as a 5. vrbo sent my booking details with a check out time as 11am so I wasnt aware until 10.10am when the owner messaged me to say I needed to check out that I was actually late checking out. So that threw me a little as we started rushing to get out which resulted in me accidentally forgetting to lock the patio door. I also wasn’t sure why the owner messaged me that say I had left the hot tub on which I hadn’t as I turned it off from the tub as well as the yellow off switch on the side. There was a broken blind pulley which I offered to pay £6 to replace still awaiting invoice. Other than that lovely break away.

Exceptional

Absolutely outstanding! Property was stunning and spotless , extremely well equipped , literally everything you could possibly need and more ! We had issues with the payment processing and Tracey the host was fantastic - she was on it night and day until it was sorted. Communication was fantastic , lovely friendly lady and couldn’t be more helpful ! Our girls loved it and so did we ! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in fact already planning our next mini break and will be definitely staying here again ! We couldn’t possibly give this anything less than 5* for everything ! Exceptional s as no cannot wait to come back .
