The complex is located in Piazza Brescia, about 500 meters from the golden beach of Jesolo. It was built in 2020 and consists of two buildings, a common swimming pool with white sand and palm trees and an underground car park.

The available apartment is located on the ground floor of the smaller building and has an equipped patio.

The apartments are brand new, have an area of about 70 square meters, and consist of:
- large living area with kitchenette;
- bedroom with double bed;
- second bedroom with two single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower box.

Thanks to an air mattress, which inflates and deflates by itself and which can be placed on the living area, they can sleep 5 people.

The apartments are equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as TV, WIFI and air conditioning system (one split for each room). There is also a parking spot in the underground garage and a beach spot at Arenile dei Pioppi, with an umbrella and two sunbeds.
