Stone-built Villa Rodanthi is located in the village of Episkopi, just a 15-minute drive from Rethymno town. Set on a peaceful hillside and surrounded by nature, the villa offers calmness, along with panoramic views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets.
Lovingly restored, the villa blends traditional character with modern comforts and accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Arched doorways open onto a spacious terrace featuring a large 120 sq m swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, the perfect spot to take in the endless blue that stretches before you.


Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining areas, one bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower.
-Living room: Two sofas, an armchair, a 65" Smart TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler (stocked for purchase locally), plus a breakfast table for four.
-Dining areas: One dining area seating four guests. Another dining area seating up to eight guests.
Ground-floor bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ample storage, mini fridge, 32" Smart TV, and patio doors leading to a furnished private balcony overlooking the garden.


First Floor: Four bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a clothes washer.
-Master bedroom: Queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, 32" Smart TV, mini fridge, and shared balcony with sea and countryside views.
-Second and third bedrooms: Each with a Queen-size bed, balcony with garden views, 32" Smart TV, and mini fridge.
-Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed, balcony with sea and countryside views, 32" Smart TV, and mini fridge.

-Villa Rodanthi sits on a 4,750 sqm plot, with 600 sqm of outdoor living space surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, vegetables, and a vineyard.
-Swimming pool: 120 sqm with sloped entrance, maximum depth 1.50 m; pool heating available upon request (additional daily charge).
-Jacuzzi: Integrated within the main pool, with seating and views of the surrounding landscape.
-Poolside terrace: 10 sun beds with mattresses, 5 umbrellas, and a shower.
-Dining: Two dining tables, each seating eight, under pergolas. A long wooden table for 12 within the barbecue area for al fresco dining.
-Barbecue area: Charcoal barbecue, wood oven, outdoor sink, and four Bluetooth speakers, all under a shaded pergola.
-Bathrooms: Four half bathrooms and two stand-up showers.
-Gardens: Pathways around the house through large gardens with plants, vegetables, fruit trees, and a home vineyard.
-Parking: Ample space for at least four cars within the villa grounds.
