The bedroom has a king size bed and a large sideboard with lots of space, wall hanging rack, wash basin and mirror.
There is parquet flooring in the bedroom, living - dining area and bathroom have a modern Matrix-floor, allover with floor heating.
The bathroom have premium equipment including a modern glass shower.
Own washdryer is available in the kitchen area.
The historical building has interior ceiling heights up to 340 cm.
The access to the apartment is from the street level and independent, only 2 steps up.
Parking on the street is according to Munich park management only possible with park tickets from the machine close by.
