The olive groves, vineyards and hazel trees that surround this villa guarantee absolute privacy and tranquility. The villa, 2 km from the medieval town of Vitorchiano, is located in a dominant position, above a green valley and offers a large garden with a large swimming pool and various places for recreation and relaxation. The roof terrace, which can be closed with large windows and is equipped with barbecue, is equipped for outdoor dining while admiring the wonderful countryside of the Roman Tuscia.
The geographical position is particularly favorable for comfortably visiting both Umbria and Lazio. Distances: Viterbo 7 km, Tuscania 25 km, Orvieto 40 km, Rome 80 km. Within 25 km there are the lakes of Vico, Bracciano and Bolsena.

The villa can accommodate up to 24 + 2 people, in 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with shower + 1 bathroom for the disabled without shower.
The villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and gas stove, refrigerator, extractor hood, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher).
The villa is divided into 4 terraced levels, the first 3 levels of the villa have the possibility of accessing the external garden.
On the first level there is a double bedroom with double sofa bed, another double bedroom and finally a single bedroom (with a double bed).
On the second level there are 3 triple bedrooms (double + single), a double bedroom and a two-room apartment divided into a double bedroom (with private bathroom) and a room with two single beds (without private bathroom).
The third level is occupied by the dining room and kitchen as well as by a double bedroom; through a spiral staircase you reach the last double bedroom and the panoramic terrace (fourth level).

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Final cleaning to be paid locally € 14 per person, minimum € 160.
Any consumption of air conditioning is not included in the price: € 5.00 per day.
Upon arrival, the customers will have to deliver a security deposit of € 700.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damage incurred.
