This is a beautiful apartment in a good location for our needs. The only downside was the late-night and early-morning street noise. Noise aside, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Long weekend Milano

We are three girlfriends who stayed in the apartment for a long birthday weekend. Location, accessibility, and cleanliness were more than we could have asked for. Would go back to the apartment any time. The landlady was very clear in explaining everything and flexible to give us extra time on the checkout day. She always responded within minutes. Very happy with our choice.

White room

Great location. Clean . Very comfortable condo with everything you could need . Ground floor so just a couple steps. Great grocery store close by and breakfast and lunch a couple doors down. Be aware a school is nearby and kids get noisy and the restaurant turns into a bar at night. Nothing bad or rowdy just sounds from people having a good time.

Amazing location for tourist stuff and teen shopping

Perfect location walkable to all the tourist stuff. Was worried about all the white and but it was comfy and had all the amenities (coffee, paper towels - a great bonus, laundry detergent, even shampoo). Host recommendations were great for everything from food to manicures (really, she went the extra mile). Only caution is that for very tall people, the en suite bath is a little tight, as is the shower (not unusable by any means, just close). Would stay again!

Best option for Milan!

This place was THE perfect gem! First, location was A++++! The communication and check in process was seamless. It's walking distance to most of the major attractions, restaurants etc. The space itself had everything that mattered to us, ac, television, a full kitchen with supplies, and more. We were so grateful to have been able to rent this space for our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect!

This apartment was perfect for my teenage daughter, spouse and I. The location is within walking distance to the Duomo and shopping but also has a great neighborhood feel. The grocery store located a few doors down is also a major plus. The apartment itself has a beautiful modern feel and was plenty of room for the 3 of us. (Way more room than what you normally find in a standard hotel room.) Katia is a great host and answered all of our inquiries. Highly recommend staying here for your next urban adventure!

Location! Cool! Perfect ending!

This apartment was our final stop on a 3 week vacation traversing parts of northern Italy. Location! Walking distance within the Duomo, the Galleria, the Last Supper. It also is right next door to Pam Local where we’re able to buy all of our supplies. Cool! It was Very hot while we were in Milan! The AC in this place rocked! It was so comfortable. The perfect ending to our trip was our stay in this beautiful spacious apartment. Also, Katia made check in a breeze and helped us find a cab to the airport. A must stay while in Milan!

The perfect stay in Milan!

We had the best time in Milan, greatly thanks to Katia and her home. It is in the perfect location! Very close to many restaurants, tourist spots, shopping neighborhoods, grocery stores, public transportation stops, etc. The apartment was very clean and big with lots of storage. No qualms about the wifi; it was fast. And the washing machine was a big plus! As for the host -- Katia is a great host! She was very accommodating when it came to checking in and checking out. Communication with her was great and straightforward. We specially loved our engagement with her about food recommendations around the area.

Luxurious Flat in Central Milano

Katia the host was easy to communicate with and gave us all of the details we needed to make our stay a great experience. The flat is accessed via a courtyard through a really cool old wood door, my wife loved it! The apartment is huge, it was just the two of us, but it felt bigger than our house in the USA. The bedroom and KING bed are excellent. We relaxed in the living area before bed with the huge TV. We did not use the kitchen, but there is a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook in for a night. We walked all around Milano from this place, and its close to everything you could want, bars, nightlife, and plenty of fabulous food. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

A True Milanese Experience

This apartment in Milan is very comfortable, well located and most importantly, has a very responsive landlady. Katia was wonderful, responding almost immediately to every question I had.There is a half bath ensuite with the master bedroom, and a full bath off of the main living area…which worked perfectly for us. I get up earlier than my wife, so I could shower and do my morning things without bothering my wife. Get a 3 day metro pass!…we used the trams and metros every day…tram stop is very close to apartment. But if you want more exercise, everything really is within walking distance. A smaller supermercato is one minute away…a larger one 5 minutes away. The Navigli District is a short tram ride, or 20 minute walk. There are wonderful Milanese restaurants nearby. Try Trattoria Milanese (5 minute walk) for really traditional Milanese dining. El Brelen in the Navigli district was also wonderful. Eat at home? The kitchen is small, but is well equipped with anything you might need to prepare any dinner.

Unpleasant interaction with Katia

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and in a nice location. Cons: I was asked to pay 50 Euros just before checking in, in order to be able to use the second bed in the apartment. This charge could not be found anywhere on the property listing and when I pointed this out to Katia, she said that this was VRBO’s mistake, not hers and she couldn’t do anything about it. By refusing to acknowledge responsibility ( as the owner/ manager should be responsible for the accuracy of the listing), she has come across as someone who tries to extort you at the last minute. She has also suggested that I should share a bed with my traveling companion, which I find highly inappropriate for a host! In fact, I booked this apartment specifically because the listing included 2 beds in 2 different rooms - we were just 2 people traveling - but Katia said that if 2 people were traveling, they were supposed to share a bed, otherwise the 50 euro charge would become effective, to account for the extra laundry needed for the second bed. Although I find this charge to be absolutely excessive for laundering an extra set of sheets,I wouldn’t have minded if it had been disclosed at the time of booking.

I profusely explained and demonstrated to Iulia (with screenshots of the VRBO listing) that the listing clearly specifies that the base price is for 2 guests sharing the bed in the bedroom. If they want to use the sofa bed there is a surcharge of 60 euros to cover the extra costs of the laundry. But there is none so deaf as those who will not hear.

Great updated apartment in a great location!

We spent 4 nights at Casa Medici apartment, and we thoroughly loved it! The apartment is very tech updated – great wi-fi, a wonderful large Samsung TV with Apple TV, and even the door lock is operated via an app from your mobile phone. We loved the high ceiling and spaciousness of the apartment. It is a very updated apartment with all the amenities you would need. A highlight is the half-bath located right next to the bedroom in addition to the full bath with shower. Overall, the apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. The check-in can be a bit daunting at first since we were doing it based on instructions Katia, our host, had sent via WhatsApp, but once there it was pretty straightforward. The apartment is very secure featuring a steel gate and large wooden door. We loved the large TV with the ability to get U.S. news channels – a nice touch when travelling away from home. The location is great – about 10 minutes’ walk to the Duomo (city center) and about 15 minutes to the Navalgi canal area where there are many great restaurants and bars. The apartment is close to a very nice grocery store across the street, a nice wine bar, and public transportation. It was very comfortable and quiet at night and we slept very well. In summary we enjoyed our stay at Casa Medici very much, and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Milan.

Beautiful and clean appartment in central Milan

We had a wonderful stay! The appartment is really close to all the important sights and is located in a small street off a large street with all the shops you could possibly need. A supermarket is about 2-3min walk away. All in all very pleasant stay and I can fully recommend the appartment!
