Bournecoast are delighted to offer CENTRAL POINT, this modern, one bedroom, ground floor apartment (the development was newly built in 2021) which is well equipped and perfectly located for a wonderful self catering holiday. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, just a five minute walk away from Bournemouth Square all the fabulous amenities of the town centre and only a ten minute walk to the sandy beaches.
THE APARTMENT:
This apartment has a Double bedroom with a King Size Bed (a HAIR DRYER is available).
Benefitting from a modern, open plan living space the lounge/diner has a sofa bed to sleep one or two and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - NETFLIX - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI / FIBRE BROADBAND is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge are patio doors which take you out to an enclosed courtyard area.
There is a modern kitchen area which has an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE.
This accommodation has a separate modern shower room with a toilet.
The apartment benefits from a small courtyard garden with artificial grass and table and chairs.
There is no allocated parking however free overnight road parking is available from 8pm to 8am Mon to Sat and free on Sundays and there is also a long stay car park a few minutes walk away in Madeira Road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).

THE LOCAL AREA: This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. Bournemouth Train station is just a ten minute walk away and there are bars and restaurants and a supermarket just a two to three minute walk away. Ideal for a few days at the beach
15 minute walk (or 5 minute public e-scooter) from the beach. Immaculate, very well equipped, stays cool on hot days, near plenty of shops. Communication from host was promt, friendly and helpful. Substantially better value than hotels of similar standard. Very satisfied.

Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die ist gut eingerichtet, alle notwendigen Geräte und Möbelteile sind vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns wohl gefühlt!
Leider gab es auch unangenehme Dinge die man bestimmt abstellen kann. Der Wohnung ist kein Parkplatz zugeordnet, man wusste nicht wo man stehen darf, mussten auch 1 mal umparken. Und der Boiler in der Dusche funktionierte überhaupt nicht, mussten deswegen kalt duschen. Leider war auch telefonisch keiner erreichbar.
Können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, vor allem wenn die beiden angesprochenen Punkte vernünftig und bald gelöst werden.
