Indoor facilities
Villa Phos is a three-storey residence that is magnificently proportioned and extravagantly appointed, the equipment and facilities at this property are of high standing. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and a machine of Nespresso for lovers of good coffee. On the same floor, there is a dining area for 8 people and a living room with a satellite smart screen TV 55’’ with a sofa for a cosy and comfortable night with your loved ones. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have a sea view from the balcony. In the attic, there is a very stylish designed bedroom with a double-size bed with earthy colours and a wooden rooftop, comfy with an ensuite bathroom and a glass wall element that elevates your stay in the villa! The minimal design in combination with the extensive use of glass creates the essence of transparency making an immediate connection between the interior with the exterior area. The earthy colours, the stone-faced parts, and the spots in the house create the perfect villa for your relaxation.

The most interesting part of the villa is the bedroom in the attic where the glass wall offers an amazing perspective and accessibility to the whole house and a gazing sea view. Air-conditioning is offered and all the bathrooms are designed and equipped with all the amenities needed. An architectural splendour of minimal design, offering quietness and the beauty of nature, with the only noise being harnessed from the birds singing onto the surroundings. With its architectural supremacy, the villa aligns perfectly with the natural environment.

Next to the villa, there is a studio with a double-size bed, a living area, a kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, and a bathroom with a shower! In the studio, there is also a sofa bed for 2 and a mattress for one more child.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the private swimming pool with a secure child session and the dining area with the gas BBQ under a pergola. Sun loungers with umbrellas surround the pool offering moments of joy under the Cretan sun. A parking area is offered for 2 cars with no need for a pre-order.

*From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
