Mas Juli es una casa de 400 m2 de superfície, 2000 m2 de jardín con piscina privada con cascadas, barbacoa exterior con horno Josper, situada a 800 metros de la playa, ideal para familias y grupos de amigos.

La casa dispone de 6 habitaciones y 9 baños (5 habitaciones dobles con baño y 1 habitación cuádruple con baño, a demás de un baño extra interior y lavabos exteriores en la zona de la piscina)

Cocina totalmente equipada con terraza exterior con mesa y sillas para 14 personas.

También dispone de un comedor interior a demás de una mesa grande exterior en la entrada principal.

Disponemos de sala de estar, con sofas y mesa de juego. Wifi en toda la casa, TV digital y equipo de música con bluetooth.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada, a 55 km de Barcelona, a 20 km de la Costa Brava y a 800 metros de la playa de Pineda de Mar.

El alojamiento es muy completo, aunque tiene bastantes escaleras, por lo que no la recomiendo para personas con movilidad reducida. La atención fué excelente, la casa es un poco laberíntica pero es muy bonita, sobretodo la cocina. Creo que podría haber estado mas limpio a la llegada, sobre todo los exteriores. Tiene un wifi excelente y unos espacios exteriores de fábula. Repetiría

Gracias Alan por tu comentario. Nos alegra que hayáis disfrutado de vuestra estancia y de la casa. Estaremos encantados de volver a alojaros si decidierais volver. En cuanto a la limpieza exterior, debemos decir que al reservar en Navidades, la propiedad se encuentra en "modo invierno" lo que hace que los exteriores no tengan el brillo y nitidez con el que se encuentra en verano, debido a las hojas que caen, las lluvias y al fuerte viento que tenemos aquí en la zona alta del Maresme. La propiedad dispone de jardineros y personal de mantenimiento siempre disponibles para mantenerla en un estado óptimo. En verano, todavia mas! Os esperamos para la próxima :)

IT'S A SHOW!!!!!

A dream house. A paradisiacal pool. Rooms and bedding VERY CLEAN. Marc and Mia have always been aware of us. They have always recommended the best places to visit and know the area. We recommend the catered dinner in the house. A typical Spanish menu, cooked in the kitchen of the house exclusively for us. Essential!! Higly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

A little piece of heaven

Very glad we chose Mas Juli for our stay. The house is amazing and is exactly as pictured. Excellent in all respects. The check-in went smoothly. The representatives were friendly and amiable. They provided a helpful list of restaurants, beaches and sights. Questions or request were rapidly answered. The owners and their son are such nice and sweet people! They make you feel very welcome and kept in touch to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in town is excellent yet private and within walking distance to shops, supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The villa offers all comfort, surrounded by a “park” rather than just a garden. There is plenty of space for everyone and we enjoy all the amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with top notch appliances and the view of the town from the adjacent terrace is amazing. The bedrooms are spacious with en suite or adjacent bathroom. But the icing on the cake is the swimming pool. The pool with waterfalls is a true oasis! There is nothing like it. It looks so natural and offers a complete change of scenery! Next to the swimming pool there is an outside kitchen equipped with a fridge and the famous Josper BBQ oven. A delightful experience for BBQ lovers! We stayed for 2 fantastic weeks at Mas Juli. It was a wonderful break This is definitely one of the loveliest rent house we’ve ever been to. It is a perfect place for family and friends. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to unwind. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovely, peaceful home. We will definitively come back!

Que du bonheur ! Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette agréable villa. La piscine naturel est juste magnifique, une terrasse immense avec une vue sur Pineda De Mar. La villa présente que des atouts avec des aménagements pour chacun, tout est pensé pour accueillir 12 personnes et profiter en famille. La villa est très bien aménagée et a beaucoup de charme. Le propriétaire, Marc est disponible à tout moment, il nous a accueilli avec le sourire et nous a donné de nombreux conseils. A proximité de tout : la gare, la plage, les magasins... Nous avons fait de nombreuses sortie en famille grâce a la proximité des transports en communs. Sans hésitation, je vous recommande vivement cette villa.

Beautiful On the Outside

We were a group of 5 adults and 5 teens. The bedroom-bathroom configuration was not conducive. There are 4 useable bathrooms. Only 2 are en-suite. The bathroom on the 1st floor leaked all over the floor (It was just a glass screen) despite all our best efforts to keep the floor dry. (Ie: showering with just a dribble of water) What they are calling a 5th bathroom is in a cave in the basement. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor which smells damp. They only give you 2 keys and you cannot get back onto the property without a key. There also seemed to be an ant problem. Mgr was responsive but some things out of her control. The grounds are very lovely and the patio off the kitchen is beautiful.

Great time!

Easy check-in and check-out, very friendly host. The house is overall fascinating, mysterious and mystical :) Children enjoy a lot the swimming pool, especially in dark time (with lights). There is good grill outside of the house and near the swimming pool. The air condition works solid! I would definitely recommend this house!

Superbe maison avec une chouette terrasse à coté de la cuisine et évidement une superbe piscine Cette maison de + de 4 siècles à une âme et sa se ressent Vraiment parfait pour 12 personnes maximum, les enfants ont adorés et comme tout est clôturé les parents sont rassurés

A beautiful home

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Mas Julie. There were 11 of us and 5 of those were children. We have all said that it was the best holiday we have all had together. The house, pool and grounds have such an amazing wow factor that it felt like we were in a film. We cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality and the evening we had a meal made for us all is something we will remember forever. Thank you for the memories.

Absolutely wonderful home with wonderful owners.

Our stay at Casa Mas Juli was flawless. The home itself is simply amazing. It's a big house, with spacious rooms and 2 cozy outdoor areas where you can eat or just sit around and talk. The pool is breathtaking and is THE place to be within the large garden. With had a dog travelling with our group and he was obviously excited to have a big garden where he could also enjoy himself. The owners, Marc and Mia go the extra mile in taking care of their visitors. Some of our group arrived in the area before check-in time and were allowed into the house earlier. Same with the check-out. With a long drive ahead of us on Saturday, everything was sorted out on Fridaynight, so that we would be able to leave early on Saturday. One other thing we certainly have to bring up are the dinners that can be booked through Marc and Mia. We booked the 3-meal package and it is certainly highly recommended. The food was amazing!!! Well prepared with all local ingrédients. The setting was always in the theme of the food and as a guest you just get to sit down and relax. We didn't book the meals for the 2 small children (ages 2 and 5) in our group, but Mia made them homemade fries nonetheless. And they were soooo tasty. (thank you once more for the great service!!!) All in all Casa Mas Juli is all it sets out to be. This might be the one occasion where when you think it's all too good to be true, it actually just is all that good. (or even great)

Amazing !!!

Fantastic property with very spacious house, great layout. Perfect for family reunions. Natural pool is amazing and was a big hit with young and old. Paradise

We truly could not have had a better experience here. Between the gorgeous pool, the amazing house and helpful staff...we had a unforgettable time. The location was great. Easy access to the residence from the major highways / train station. A grocery store was within walking distance. The house and layout was an added bonus. The kitchen was quaint, but large enough to cook for a family of 12 and next to the kitchen was an outdoor patio to make the dining experience amazing. The grounds were large and spacious, but the layout allowed for easy movement between each area and it allowed for group gatherings when we desired, or tiny areas of solitude for those that wanted it. The only problem we had was that we did not schedule enough time and wish we could have stayed longer. My family and I are already trying to schedule a time to go back.

Beautiful estate

A group of 11 of us stayed in this house for a Triathlon. This large estate is a fascinating mix of old and new. Some of the rooms appear hewn out of old brick and stone. 2 bedrooms are ensuites and several others are just steps from the bedroom door. Not all bathrooms have full showers. Several comfortable living rooms and a fully functional kitchen with an incredible covered porch which will become a favorite! They offer an incredible dinner cooked right on the property. THIS IS A MUST! It was a highlight. We had the lobster rice and they even prepared a couple of vegetarian meals for our friends. Mia is a joy. She will happily help with with anything you need. Some of the amenities like toilet paper will need to be purchased, but the grocery store is within walking distance, as is the train station, which will take you to Barcelona in an hour. All in all, fantastic!

Lovely property in ideal location.

The Juli estate is the perfect blend of classic Spainish design and old world family charm. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is literally beyond words. Pineada Del Mar is a small town with all the necessities a traveler may need. If your itinerary includes more predictable sites ....... the check-that-off the list type; a one hour train ride will deliver you into the heart of Barcelona. A drink on the veranda after a day of Gaudi and the shoulder to shoulder crowds of Old Town Barcelona was a slice of heaven. Thank-you to Marc and his family for welcoming us into what is clearly a family treasure.

Fin stor villa med många olika plan samt gigantisk och vacker trädgård

Marc ägaren snabb på att svara på mejl, sms etc. Dock så upplevde vi att det var dåligt städat vid ankomst på lördagen. Poolen vackrare på bilderna än i verkligheten, då den upplvedes som lite sliten samt inte rengjord. Uteköket var tyvärr smutsigt dock bra att det fanns kyl utomhus. Solstolar till alla. Många platser att sitta på runt omkring huset och trädgården. Trevlig patio/uteplats med fin utsikt dock inte heller rengjord vid ankomst. Trädgården helt magnifik med all fantastisk växtlighet. Bra läge, nära till affär, ca 1 km till havet samt tåget. Pineda de Mar trevligt mindre samhälle med resturanger samt även lite shopping. Vi var överlag mycket nöjda med allt förutom generellt dåligt städat vid ankomst.

Traumhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wer etwas Besonderes sucht ist hier richtig. Sehr schönes Haus mit urigen Details und wunderschöner Garten mit außergewöhnlichem Pool. Die Lage ist gut, auch zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ortskern mit vielen netten Geschäften und Restaurants. Wie immer ging der Urlaub leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Many greetings Marc!

Wonderful Holiday

A great week in a very lovely home. Very close to beach, train, shopping. Able to get to other beaches of Costa Brava very easily. Enjoyed the pool, spacious yard, and house. We even had a catered dinner at the house one evening and it was amazing. Marc very responsive to any questions.

Ein wunderschönes landestypisches Haus. Dass die Familie des Vermieters hier lange Zeit selbst gewohnt hat merkt man sofort an den persönlichen Details und der liebevollen Gestaltung der Räume. Der Garten mit Naturpool und zwei künstlichen Wasserfällen, die auf Knopfdruck lossprudeln, ist ein Traum. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Unter dem Dach aus Blauregen am großen Holztisch war dort jedes Essen in großer Runde wie ein Fest. Zimmer und Garten sind tadellos gepflegt und Marc reagierte innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen (innerhalb einer Stunde hatten wir wieder heißes Wasser^^). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Amazing !!

One of the most amazing homes I've ever seen ! Wonderful linens , top notch pots and pans, incredibly clean . Can not say enough good things ! Thankyou Marc for the adding so much to our family trip !

A fabulous unique one of a kind property

The house is unique, authentic,clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. The gardens are beautiful and the pool a wonderful experience. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach restaurants supermarkets and more. Marc is a great host, polite welcoming quick to respond and attentive. I rented the house for 3 weeks, that was the perfect vacation. I highly recommend the property as I believe you're going to be extremely pleased.

Fantastic Traditional House

We enjoyed this house. It is very traditional which is what we wanted. The kids swam in the pool which was amazing even though it was cold. I would imagine the pool in the middle of the summer is incredible and much warmer. Marc was fantastic and very responsive. I recommend this house.
