CATACOMBS , FONDATION CARTIER - A STONES THROW AWAY FROM MONTPARRARNASSE

This amazing apartment is located in the 14th district. You will feel like a true Parisian here. Even though you have Montparnasse, Catacombs, Denfert Rochereau and the Fondation Cartier which organizes contemporary art exhibitions and performances is just 5 minutes away by foot you will still be among the local Parisians more that the tourists. Just around the corner is a metro with two lines which can take you directly to almost anywhere in Paris, including Saint Michel, the Eiffel Tower, or the Champs Elysées. Though it’s calmer and less touristy than the center of Paris, there is no shortage of restaurants and sites to discover nearby.

This 90 square meter apartment is super spacious and has big French windows, its herringbone parquet floors, its glass doors which open into the living room, it feels classy and European. The living room is furnished with two comfortable grey couches and a coffee table as well as a very large TV for relaxing after a long day out. Just beyond the living room is a comfortable dining area, with a table which seats up to 6 people. Down the hallway, the first stop is the guest bathroom, with shower, sink and WC.
A few steps further on is the master bedroom with queen bed. Overlooking the courtyard, it is quiet, insuring you a good nights sleep.
