Live “la dolce vita” in this charming, 4th-floor apartment with a spacious terrace, just a few steps from the beach.
This 2-bedroom flat sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is tastefully decorated and has everything guests might need for a relaxing stay. The highlight is the stunning terrace which is really an extension of the apartment and makes a gorgeous living/dining area. It is partially covered for shaded dining and offers views over the rooftops to the sea. The terrace has a table that seats 6 people and two stylish sofas. It is an ideal space to spend time with friends or family.
Inside there is a pretty open-plan kitchen with fitted white wooden cabinets and another dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freeze. A glass door leads out the terrace.

This apartment is in the Vittoria Apuana area of Forte Dei Marmi, close to the beautiful beaches of Versilia. There are excellent bars and restaurants close by, as well as shops and amenities.
If you can tear yourself away from the sea and sand, there are many wonderful places to visit nearby. Pisa, with its famous Leaning Tower, is just 50 minutes away. The city has a daily (except Sunday) market, the Mercato delle Vettovaglie, in the Piazza Vettovaglie. Here you can pick up delicious local produce. Pisa also has a flea market on the second weekend of the month. In Piazza delle Cavaliere, the market is a treasure trove full of hidden gems.
The stunning city of Luca is just 35 minutes away. Its massive Renaissance walls are not to be missed. You can hire a bicycle and ride around the ramparts. The central circular piazza is also worth a visit. It is one of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations.
The closest international airport is at Pisa, just 45 minutes from the apartment.
