Take a deep breath and enjoy a relaxing time in our house. It is an ideal accomodation for families, a few steps from the beach and 20km from Barcelona with quick and easy access by taking the train just a few steps from the house.

The house is located in the old town of Vilassar de Mar, 150 meters from the beach and the Renfe train station that will take you directly to the heart of Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona in just 30 minutes.

The house is located on a ground floor, the entire floor is at the same level and the en-suite bathroom has grab bars for people with reduced mobility.

It has been recently renovated and offers comfortable and functional spaces to accommodate up to 6 people. A house that combines the comfort of modernity with original details, a very quiet space to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

A cool house in summer and warm in winter. Underfloor heating will make you forget about the cold. In addition, it offers high-speed Wi-Fi (300 MB fiber) and TV.

It has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King size double bed (1.80 x 1.90), built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom en suite. The second is a double room with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.80. It has a wardrobe and drawers. The third is a single room with an extendable bed of 1.60 x 1.90 where two more people can sleep. A second bathroom with a non-slip shower tray offers service to these last two rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron and iron board.

The interior terraces offer a space to enjoy a meal or breakfast outdoors.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay in Vilassar de Mar and very close to Barcelona.

Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, traditionally a fishing village. Many tried their fortunes in America and came back with great fortunes and built very characteristic houses. In the town you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and great restaurants and bars.

The beach is only a 3-minute walk ing distance and the Nautical Club is 12 minutes from the house. There, you can sign up for windsurfing, paddle surfing and sailing activities. The beach bars operate during the summer and offer a space for music, drinks and food.

Nearby is the Flower and Ornamental Plant Market, where the local fresh produce market operates on Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm. Other places of interest are the Monjo Museum, the Navy Museum and the Carmen Rovira Museum.

The “Isla Fantasia” water park is located in Vilassar de Dalt, just 7 minutes away by car! It has more than 22 slides, three big pools and a large picnic area.

There are also playgrounds for the little ones, very close to the house, a few minutes` walking.

For those who like the mountains and adventure, we offer two bikes for rent. There are several routes to do in the mountains either on foot or by bike. The Hípica Sant Mateu, in Premiá de Dalt is another attraction for the little ones. There you can see horses and farm animals in a beautiful setting. You will enjoy good views and the bars available to have a drink and a snack. Another recommended walk is to visit the Burriac Castle, an enclave with spectacular views of the Maresme coast.

The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of a Mediterranean town of sun and beach with quick access to Barcelona, tempted by its culture, its cosmopolitan atmosphere and its lively nights.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free right next to the Vilassar de Mar train station, 150 meters from the house. Barcelona is only 20 minutes away by car by motorway (free) or by the National II road. If you take the train you will arrive in Barcelona in 25 minutes.
You can get around the town perfectly on foot, but a car or bicycles are recommended for longer walks in the area.

We provide bedding, bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and a welcome kitchen kit. We have a cot and high chair for babies on request.

This apartment has the official Tourism license of the local authorities: HUTB-060963-38
* This space is suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years of age.
* It is mandatory to register all people staying. We will ask you for an identity document (ID or passport) before and during check-in.
* You have to take out the garbage periodically to avoid odors and dirt and deposit it in the containers located on the street.
* We ask you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity, water and gas supplies. Excessive consumption may result in the deduction of amounts from the security deposit.

CHARGES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE
*A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
* The local tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per adult (> 16) and per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in.(Important: From April 1st, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €1,93 per adult per night, as determined by the competent authorities).
* Supplement for late check-in: the check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The late check-in supplement is €30.00 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
* Failure to return each set of keys will incur a charge of €100


PROHIBITIONS
* We do not allow smoking inside the house, however, you can do it on the terraces. In this case, use the ashtrays and respect the garden areas.
* You cannot host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation.
* It is not allowed to celebrate parties, bachelor parties or any other event. The peace and tranquility of the neighbors must be respected.
* Noises should be minimized from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., therefore, avoid noisy activities (music, loud conversations) during this time.
* You cannot take bath towels to the beach. The return of these in poor condition will cost you €10 per towel and we will deduct it from the deposit. The same if they are from laps stained with makeup, bronzers, oils or shoe soles.
