Outstanding as always

If you are coming to Troy....stay in one of the Oliver's properties. Always in great shape and very attentive owners. Convenient to everything downtown including restaurants and shops.

Superb as always

Another great stay at the Oliver's property in downtown Troy. As an alumnus of Troy University we get back to town about a dozen times each year and always try to stay here if it is available. First class all the way and a great location just off the square with dining and shopping options and just a short drive to campus.

Love this place!

Love this place! It’s our 2nd time staying in this wonderful, downtown apartment. If you haven’t been to the square in Troy, you are missing out! Great shops and restaurants are right out the front door. The apartment has everything you need. It feels like home when you walk in the door. We will be back!

Awesome!

Troy University Alumni in town for meetings and basketball games. Very clean, nice layout, nice amenities, great location right downtown where you are able to stroll to a number of shops and restaurants. Will make every effort to stay here instead of the hotels on our visits to campus throughout the year. Owners very pleasant and professional. If this unit is not available they have loft(s) around the corner that are outstanding as well.

What a wonderful experience.

These accommodations were OFF THE CHART! There is plenty of room with each bedroom (2) having its own bathroom, complete privacy! The location is PERFECT, just a few short steps to several shops, boutiques and restaurants. If available, we will NEVER stay in a hotel in Troy again. The landlord was WONDERFUL and was available if we needed anything, which we did not. If you are coming to Troy, Alabama for ANY TYPE OF EVENT, this is the place to stay. Beds are comfortable, there are televisions in each bedroom (2) as well as in the kitchen and living area. Basic amenities are provided (cooking items, coffee, bathroom items, etc). This WILL BE our "go-to" when we are visiting and staying overnight in Troy. Simple a fantastic location and accommodations!

Great place to Stay for Homecoming weekend.

We really enjoyed staying here (again). This property is right in downtown Troy ( just off the square) making it convenient and close to everything. There is plenty of room and the unit is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Downtown Troy Treasure

Excellent accommodations and was perfect for our weekend trip to Troy for softball tournament. Extremely roomy and well stocked with plenty of room for everyone in our family. The icing on the cake was the unit’s cleanliness. Loved it!

Nice getaway

What a great weekend. The property was so well done and just as described. We wanted to get away for Memorial Day but not to the crowded beaches and we picked a great place. While some of the shops and eating places were closed in town (because of the holiday), we were still able to walk to town for dinner and to visit an antiques store. Our communication with management was quick and check in was easy. Thanks for sharing this great place.

Downtown Living At Its Best!

Very nice and clean and with plenty of room and excellent location! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on the square. Make sure to go to Village Coffee shop for your morning caffeine fix and ladies go and get your hair done at Studio 80 ask for Lydia Hernandez!

Downtown Living is a great place to stay in Troy.

This has been our 4th time renting this unit. It is very clean and has everything you need for having a great weekend. Plenty of room for 4 to 5 people and the half bath is very convenient. The kitchen appliances are great and you have everything you need to cook up a great meal. And lastly, the location is right on the square in downtown Troy and only a 5 min drive to the Troy University campus.

Wedding Weekend in Troy

We rented one of Mr. Robert’s property during the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The location of downtown Troy put us two minutes from the wedding venue. The apartment was excellent and we have already rented another one of Robert’s properties for an upcoming graduation!

Great Location, Not So Great Cleanliness and Preparedness

Location is Excellent, as were the instructions for check-in. Overall condition was okay, but the coffee pot was filthy and there was food in the toaster oven. We chose to hand wash what few dishes we used prior to using them. Also, there were no toiletries for the bath. I contacted the owner, and didn't receive a reply, then found the property manager's number and texted her, and she replied promptly to tell me that she had to pick up her child earlier so didn't bring them by, and that she would drop off the toiletries first thing in the morning (we arrived at 8:00 PM and couldn't take care of it before then?). She didn't make it before we had to leave in the morning, so she just left them inside the door, as I asked. The pictures showed a K-cup type coffee pot, so we brought our own K-cups. when we arrived, the pot was a filthy drip pot, and the coffee provided appeared to be left over from previous guest (three different bags). The listing also said snacks were provided. There were no snacks, and when I inquired I was told the snacks were in the drawer with the coffee. None found. On the final day, we came back to the room, to find the parking lot blocked for pressure washing. We were a bit put back due to the other items that impacted our stay. We did find close parking across the street. As I said, the location is great. But there are other daily rentals close by that we will choose for our next visit.

I hope one day they will be the 3rd generation owners. I was born in Tifton, GA but raised in Troy AL. My every day profession is a diesel mechanic and own my own shop in Vienna GA.
