Stunning Rural Barn Conversion with Hot tub & pool table

Our Barn has been lovingly converted to become a truly comfortable family home, with great attention to detail. A very pretty garden surrounds the property with plenty of outside dining areas. With many walks right on the doorstep, situated in a private isolated position on the edge of an old WW2 Airfield at the end of a dead-end road, Liston Hall Barn is the perfect oasis to relax in the company of your favourite people. The whole house can be exclusively yours for a Long Weekend or come with your family & relax for a week's holiday. We offer a discount for long stays.

Cook for yourself in our very well-equipped modern kitchen or if you don't fancy cooking, there are plenty of great pubs to eat in the many beautiful villages in this area of North Essex or why not book our very popular recommended private chef to come cook for you!

You are welcome to borrow one of our Bikes to explore the area (Please note helmets are not provided). If however, you prefer just to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet our Hot Tub provides ultimate relaxation time, there is no extra charge for the use of this and it does not require booking in advance. We provide beach towels for your use, so no need to bring your own.

There are three seating areas/garden, for guests use: at the front of the house where you will find the table tennis table, the back courtyard garden with a large dining table & 10 chairs & Hot Tub and to the entrance of the house there is another smaller table and chairs & Gas BBQ. All other areas of garden further back are marked private for the owners use only.

Our nightly price is for 5 en-suite double bedrooms with the use of a small double sofa bed suitable for children. We can arrange for the sofa bed to be made up on the Mezzanine room within room 2 or on the Mezzanine floor above the kitchen. Please note as this is a small double bed and the Mezzanine room is not large, it is best suited to children. A supplement fee may be charged for this, please enquire with Host!

We are extremely close to the wonderful wedding venues of Gosfield Hall & Hedingham Castle, so ideal for your stay if you are a Wedding guest!
