Great location…
The location was great and flat was comfortable for our family size. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was also comfortable.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. We paid for early check in but vacated so it could be re-cleaned…so early check in was a waste of money. The property management (City Relay) was responsive but could not get the cleaning team back until the following morning. It looked slightly better than when we arrived but still not great. I did not want to spend any more of our holiday arguing about cleaning so we just accepted it.
- staining / splashes on various walls that should have been wiped
- dust / trash under dressers
- dirty water glass left by side of main bed when we arrived
- dust / baby pacifier under guest bed
- main tub/shower didn’t drain most of the week we showered in a tub full of water until my husband decided to try to unclog it. (Gross dealing with other people’s hair in a drain)
- floor has streaky mop marks
Table top in kitchen was not screwed on so if you leaned on it, it would fall completely off which as you could imagine almost caused a huge mess at mealtime.
- window in main bedroom would not stay open and it was quite hot during our stay so we had to figure out a way to prop it up.
For what the property cost, details and cleanliness were lacking. However as stated the location and size were great.
