Villa Santi III is a charming villa in a great location, right in the heart of Calan Porter with restaurants and bars within walking distance. This detached, 3 bedroom property has a delightful private pool and terrace from where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, soaking up the sun. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.
Villa Santi III is situated in the centre of the lively Calan Porter resort. The restaurants, shops, cafes and bars that line the centre of this resort are just a 5 minute walk from the villa. You’ll also find a mini market here. The stunning beach of Calan Porter, with its golden sand and turquoise blue water, is only 15 minutes on foot. Nearby, you’ll also find one of Menorca’s most famous attractions, the caves of Xoroi. The nearest supermarket is around a 15 minute drive away in Alaior.
Main pool: 7 x 4 mtr, 0.8 - 1.7 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
