Villa Xabec has a number of excellent features, including its excellent position and spacious, airy interiors, and perhaps the the most impressive aspect, the sizeable lawned garden and pool terrace… This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by a huge lawn and terrace, ideal for larger groups. The beaches of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes, as well as the facilities of the resort, are all within easy reach on foot. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

Villa Xabec is a great choice for larger parties who want to leave the car at home! Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over recent years to create one of the largest resorts on the island and has a great choice of shops and eateries along the main street, only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Also along the main street is one of the islands 3 waterparks and the nearest beach is Calan Blanes but the smaller coves of Calan Forcat and Cala Picas are also within a few minutes drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
