Built against a 13th century historical fortress, this recently renovated apartment is situated in a safe, peaceful, and friendly village within the charming, historic Old Town often chosen as a film location for its picturesque views. After only a 4-min walk, you will find a spectacular beach - long, wide, and very clean with fine white sand and clear, turquoise water, and lined by cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s an open, airy, breezy, bright home, ideal for solo travellers or up to 2 guests. It is located on a small street where cars are not permitted and the bedroom window shutters shut out all light. It has no AC but it is not needed – the temperature is pleasant all year round due to the thick insulated walls and the breeze which comes through the 2 balconies. Towels for bath and beach are provided for you and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a multitude of pots, pans, utensils and a coffee press. It’s a perfect place to unplug or to work, for short term or extended stays, while enjoying the sounds and sensations of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and the treasures of the Spanish Costa Blanca.

For the warmer months, there are 2 floor fans (for living room and bedroom) and basic beach accessories like a parasol, beach chairs, and a cooler.

For the cooler months, there are extra blankets, a very warm duvet and 2 space heaters.

For digital nomads who wish to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace with an adjustable, wide-seat office chair, an adjustable foot rest, and a solid, large/wide dining/work table with ample surface area for your laptop, mouse, keyboard, notepad, lamp, etc. It is provided with a 50 mb download speed, excellent for virtual meetings or online courses (wifi available throughout entire apt) and is very well lit by natural and artificial light.
