The villa occupies a stunning position, giving you undisturbed views across the Cyprus countryside looking down towards the sea. It stands apart from any neighbours, providing a buffer between you and the rest of the world whilst on holiday. The villa looks down through the valley, towards the sea on the south coast of Cyprus, standing isolated from any neighbors, and is in the Unesco protected village of Chirokitea. The house is approximately a five minute drive into the hills from the Limassol – Larnaca - Nicosia motorway (but the motorway can not be seen or heard). The villa is a twenty minute drive from Larnaka International airport. The position of the villa gives you easy access to the fantastic cities of Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca.
The villa can be taken either with or without staff, at two different rates. If you choose the staffed option, while you are staying at the villa you and your guests will be looked after by Janos and Suzanna. They will be there to welcome you, and introduce you to all the facilities of the house and surrounding area. They will prepare a tasty breakfast for you, serve you coffee on the terrace, cocktails by the pool, help you to make lunch and dinner if you choose to eat at the villa. They will look after you, the house and the pool during your stay, and do everything to make your holiday as enjoyable and stress free as possible. The unstaffed rate is the price quoted on the VRBO calculator on the bookings page. For the staffed option simply add 10% to the quoted fee - itemized as "Administrative Fee" on the bookings section.

Allow me to introduce ourselves. I am Christopher Morrell (dentist) and together with my partner we designed and built Paradise from scratch. Some people feel they have a book in them to write, we felt that we had a house in us to build!! We love the location of the villa, because while it provides a beautifully tranquil escape, it also gives you easy access to the fascinating cities of Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaka. (Occasionally we go to Pafos, but apart from the mosaics, we don't find it a particularly inspiring place to visit!). Having found a spectacular plot, we felt that we had to build a suitably spectacular house. With the house up and running, we have had great pleasure entertaining our friends there, and so finally felt that we were happy to share this experience with the outside world.

We love this property, primarily because it provides a real buffer zone between us and the world around us!!! It is designed to be light, spacious, cool and calm, and is the perfect antidote to the hectic world around us. If you do hear any noise from the outside world, it will be the soft sound from the bells of the goats grazing in the fields below. You can then go to the neighbouring farm to see how they turn the goats milk in Halloumi cheese, and come away with the freshest Village Halloumi you will ever find!!

Paradise provides a calm and relaxing retreat from the rest of the world, yet has all the amenities to keep you in touch with the world when you choose to be. It provides a relaxed, stylish and comfortable lifestyle.
Please do be aware that Paradise is also home to three fantastic, well behaved and friendly dogs - they live outside in the garden, so shouldn't disturb you at all.
