This is a two floor stone traditional villa filled with arches. It was built with respect to the environment surrounding it. Its architecture combines the old traditional Cretan ways of construction with modern touches offering amenities and every comfort. Our villa is suitable for families (with kids) and big groups. Located near Platanias famous resort , is fully equipped is perfect for the ones who are after relaxation and privacy but also easy access to beaches, cafes, restaurants and nature

Our villa offers everything any demanding guest may need. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities and offers total privacy for your group and safety for the kids! It is conveniently located in a quiet area interconnecting north and south of Western Chania with easy access to all major points of interest.

• Bedrooms
There are four spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi. There are toiletries available as well as towels and beach towels for all guests and detergents for the washing machine and the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor. Master bedroom and the rest two of the bedrooms are on the top floor with direct access through the roof to the pool area of the villa! All bedrooms have balconies, outdoor furniture for enjoying your breakfast and views!

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glassware, and cookware. One can find a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an espresso machine. There are spices, salt pepper, an assortment of coffees and teas. Everything you may need is available. All the tools and kitchenware available for satisfying your needs and for preparing your own culinary delights!

• Outdoors
All guests are welcome to any fresh fruit from our garden which contains orange and lemon trees as well as a peach tree. There are fresh herbs, local mountain teas, strawberries, and flowers all around the premises.

A dedicated private pool area is available for you to use while you stay at our villa. It is fully equipped with chaise lounge chairs, Gazebo and other facilities.

Furthermore, there's a fully equipped barbecue area with olive wood and coal available for you to use. It is a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Services & Amenities
We always treat our guests to some refreshments, cold bottled water, and local wine. Also, if you wish there is the possibility to hire a chef or a local cook for a day or more. The menu is upon request and we can treat you with original traditional Cretan recipes!

Satellite internet and satellite TV are available as well as a CD radio player with an extension cord for outside use. There are toys and games for children and adults throughout the estate.
